제1도 및 제2도는 실시예 1에서 씨드의 혼합비를 변화시켜 수득한 형광체 입자크기 d50및 입자크기 분포를 도시하는 그래프이다.
Claims (7)
- 희토류 산화물 및/또는 고온에서 용이하게 희토류 산화물로 될 수 있는 희토류 화합물, 황화제 및 융제를 함유하는 혼합물을 소성하여 희토류 산황화물 형광체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 혼합물에 희토류 산황화물 씨드를 첨가하여 소성함을 특징으로 하는 희토류 산황화물 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 희토류 산화물로 Ln2O3또는 그의 혼합 결정, 또는 고온에서 용이하게 희토류 산화물로 되는 희토류 화합물을 사용하고, 희토류 산황화물 씨드로 Ln202S; Ln'및/또는 Ln202S를 사용하여, Ln이 Gd,Y,Sc,Lu 및 La중의 적어도 한 원소이고 Ln'는 Eu,Tb,Sm,Pr,Dy 및 Tm중의 적어도 한 원소인 일반식 Ln202S : Ln'로 나타내는 희토류 산황화물 형광체를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 희토류 산화물 및 희토류 산황화물 씨드 총량에 대해 희토류 산황화물 씨드를 1~60중량%의 양으로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 희토류 산황화물 씨드를 3~30중량%의 양으로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 희토류 산황화물 씨드의 입자크기가 희토류 산황화물 형광체의 중앙 입자크기의 80%또는 그 미만임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 희토류 산황화물 씨드의 입자 크기의 주요부가 희토류 산황화물 형광체의 중앙 입자 크기의 10~70%범위내임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회토류 산황화물 씨드는, Ln이 이트륨 및/또는 가돌리늄이고 Ln'는 유로퓸 또는 테르븀을 적어도 하나를 포함하는 원소인 Ln2O2S ; Ln'임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
