Claims (18)

  1. 고도의 신디오 탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체에 평균입자지름 0.01-3㎛의 무기 미립자를 0.001-1중량% 배합한 조성물로 된 연신 필름이며, 표면거침 Ra이 0.005-0.03㎛, 정지 마찰계수 ㎲가 0.3-0.1인 것을 특징으로 하는 이활성 필름.
  2. 잔류 알루미늄이 3000ppm이하, 잔류 티탄이 10ppm이하 및 잔류 스티렌계 단량체가 7000ppm 이하인 고도의 신디오 탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체를 주성분으로 하는 층의 한면에 제1항의 조성물로된 층을 적층한 필름이며, 한면이 거친면이고 다른면이 평활면이며, 그 평활면의 표면 거침 Ra가 0.001-0.02㎛, 거친면과 평활면의 표면 거침의 비가 1.5-10임과 동시에, 상기 필름의 정지 ㎲가 0.3-1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 이활성 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조성물이 스티렌계 단량체를 중합하여 고도의 신디오 탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체를 제조하는 과정이 임의의 단계에서 무기 미립자를 첨가하여 얻어진 것이 이활성필름.
  4. 잔류 알루미늄이 3000ppm이하, 잔류 티탄이 10ppm이하 및 잔류 스티렌계 단량체가 7000ppm 이하인 고도의 신디오 탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체를 주성분으로하는 층의 한면에 무기 입자를 함유하는 수지층을 적층한 필름이고, 한면이 거친면이고 다른면이 평활면이며, 그 평활면의 표면 거침 Ra가 0.001-0.02㎛ 거친면과 평활면의 표면 거침의 비가 1.5-10임과 동시에, 상기 필름의 정지 마찰계수 ㎲가 0.3-1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 이활성 필름.
  5. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 고도의 신디오 탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체 또는 그 조성물로 된 연신용 예비 성형무을 종방향으로 1축 연신 또는 종ㆍ횡의 2방향으로 동시 2축 연신을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 제조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 종방향으로 연신하고 다음에 횡방향으로 연신함에 있어서, 필름의 복굴절의 절대값이 3×10-3-70410-3의 범위가 되도록 종방향으로 연신하고 다음에 횡방향으로 연신하는 필름의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 고도의 신디오 탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체 또는 그 조성물로된 연신용 예비 성형물이 밀도 1.07g/㎤ 이하, 결정화도 5×30%인 필름의 제조방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 고도의 신디오 탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체 또는 그 조성물로된 연신용 예비 성형물이 신디오 탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체 또는 그 조성물을 그 스티렌계 중합에 대한 융점-분해점 보다 50℃ 높은 온도로 가열 용해한후 냉각하여 얻어지는 필름의 제조방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 고도의 신디오 탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체 또는 그 조성물로 된 연신용 예비 성형물을 유리 전이 온도-냉결정화 온도의 범위에서 종방향으로 1축 연신 또는 종ㆍ횡방향으로 동시 2축 연신하고, 계속해서 유리 전이온도보다 5℃ 높은 온도-융점보다 30℃ 낮은 온도에서 횡방향으로 1축 연신 또는 유리 전이온도-융점의 범위에서 종ㆍ횡의 2방향으로 동시 2축 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 제조방법.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 고도의 신디오 탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체 또는 그 조성물로 된 연신용 에비 성형물을 유리 전이온도-냉결정화 온도의 범위에서 연신배율을 종 및/또는 횡으로 1.2-5배로, 종 방향으로 1축 연신 또는 종ㆍ횡방향으로 동시 2축 연신하고, 다음에 유리 전이 온도보다 5℃ 높은 온도-융점보다 30℃ 낮은 온도에서 연신 배율 1.5-5배로 횡방향으로 1축 연신 또는 종ㆍ횡의 2방향의 연신 배율 1.2-3.5배로, 종ㆍ횡의 2방향으로 동시 2축 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 제조방법.
  11. 제5항, 제6항,제7항, 제8항, 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 얻어진 필름의 종방향의 전 연신 배율이 2.5-12배인 필름의 제조방법.
  12. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 제조된 필름을 다시 종방향으로 연신하는 필름의 제조방법.
  13. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 고도의 신디오 탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체 또는 그 조성물로 된 연신용 예비 성형물을 종ㆍ횡의 2방향으로 동시 2축 연신을 하고, 다음에 횡방향으로 1축 연신을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 제조방법.
  14. 제5항, 제12항 또는 제13항에서 얻어진 필름에, 다시 열처리를 하는 필름의 제조방법.
  15. 제5항, 제12항, 제13항 또는 제14항에서 얻어진 필름의 일부 또는 전부에 표면 장력이 35dyne/㎝ 이상으로 되도록 화학적 및/또는 물리적 처리를 하는 필름의 제조 방법.
  16. 고도의 신디오 탁티 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체 또는 그 조성물을 압출 성형 또는 프레스 성형하여 얻어진 예비 성형물을 냉각한 후에 두께 감소율 1-30%의 범위로 압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연필름의 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 압연을 유리 전이온도-융점보다 10℃ 낮은 온도에서 하는 압연 필름의 제조방법.
  18. 제16항에 얻어진 필름의 일부 또는 전부에 표면장력이 35dyne/㎝ 이상으로 되도록 화학적 및/또는 물리적 처리를 하는 필름의 제조방법.
