Claims (2)

  1. 기판상에 배치설치된 복수의 제1전극상에 순차 형성된 제1절연층과, 발광층과, 제2절연층과, 그리고 복수의 제2전극을 갖고서, 상기 제1전극 및 제2전극 사이에 전압을 인가하는 것에 따라 EL 발광을 실시하는 박막 EL 소자에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제1전극의 각 전극사이에 이와 동일한 두께의 흑색 절연막이 배치 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 박막 EL 소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제2전극 상방에 다시 흑색도료가 도포됨을 특징으로 하는 박막 EL 소자.
