Claims (1)

  1. 투명 글래스 기판(1)위에 ITO투명전극(2), 제1절연층(3), 발광층(4), 제2절연층(5), 금속전극(6)을 차례로 증착하되 상기 제1절연층(3)을 1,000Å 정도의 Y2O3막(3a), 2,000Å 정도의 PLZT 막(3b), 1,000Å 정도의 Y2O3막(3c)으로 구성하여서된 박막 EL 소자.
