Claims (2)
- 기판, 전극, 절연층, 발광층으로 구성된 EL소자에 있어서, 상기 기판(2)은 양측면에 ITO투명전극(1a)(1b)이 증착된 Pb(ZrxTi1-x)O3로 된 압전세라믹기판으로 형성하고, 상기 χ의 값을 기판(2)이 부저기능을 겸할 수 있도록 압전세라믹의 고유진동수(f0)가 EL소자 인가전압주파수(f=fmax)와 같도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 부저기능겸용 EL소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 x의 값은 0.4 <χ< 0.6 인 것을 특징으로 하는 부저기능겸용 EL소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
