Claims (2)
- 고압을 발생하는 고전압 발생회로에 있어서, 해당회로는, 제1의 펄스와 제1의 펄스를 위상반전한 제2의 펄스를 생성하여, 이들 펄스를 전류증폭하여 출력하는 펄스발진ㆍ전류구동수단과, 해당 펄스발진ㆍ전류구동수단에서 출력된 제1의 펄스와 제2의 펄스를 각각 콘덴서 통해서 입력하고, 이들 펄스를 승압정류하는 승압전류수단을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 발생회로.
- 제1항에 기재된 고전압 발생회로에 있어서, 전기 승압 정류수단은, 제1의 펄스를 입력하는 제1의 입력단자와, 제2의 펄스를 입력하는 제2의 입력단자를 가지고, 제2의 입력단자가 저항을 통해서 접지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 발생회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
