Claims (1)
- 입력 및 평소 저전위이다가 전압 레벨이 예정된 레벨 아래로 강하하면 고전위가 되는 출력신호를 발생시키는 출력을 갖는 반전기; 각각이 그 드레인과 연결된 게이트를 가지며 그 쌍이 상기한 반전기 입력과 전원 사이에 직렬로 연결되어있는, 한쌍의 상보적인 CMOS 트랜지스터; 및 비교적 적은량의 전류를 그를 통해 통과시키기 위하여 상기 쌍에 연결되며, 상기 전압레벨이 예정된 레벨을 넘어섰을때 상기 쌍이 그 적은량의 전류에 의하여 상기 반전기 입력을 고전위로 끌어올리도록 기능하는 수단을 포함하는, 전원전압 레벨에 응답하며 상기 전원 레벨이 예정된 레벨 아래로 강하했을때에 출력신호를 발생시키기 위한 전원 브라운아웃(brownout) 감지기 회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
