고정화 미생물 농약과 그의 제조방법

Claims (20)

  1. 길항 미생물을 대사성 고분자를 함유하는 천연물이나 그의 가공물 또는 유도체로 이루어진 담체에 혼합하여 고정화시켜서 된 고정화 미생물 농약.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 곡류, 괴경류, 괴근류와 이들의 가공물, 이로 부터 유래된 전분 및 이들의 유도체, 한천, 젤라틴, 펙테이트, 카이토산, 카복시메틸셀룰로스 및 이들의 유도체, 천연왁스, 천연검, 토양 및 겔라이트 중에서 1종 이상 선택되어 이루어진 것인 고정화 미생물 농약.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 길항 미생물과 혼합되기 전에 60 내지 121℃ 가열처리하여 페이스트화 되어진 것인 고정화 미생물 농약.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 미생물 보호제를 추가로 함유하는 것인 고정화 미생물 농약.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 미생물보호제는 글리세롤, 탈지우유, 탈지분유, 우유, 분유 및 동식물유 중에서 선택된 것인 고정화 미생물 농약.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 영양분 공급원을 추가로 함유하는 것인 고정화 미생물 농약.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영양분 공급원은 탄소원, 질소원, 무기염류 및 미량원소중에서 선택된 것인 고정화 미생물 농약.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 길항 미생물은 고정화 미생물 농약의 건조 무게 1g당 104지 1014세포의 양으로 함유된 것인 고정화 미생물 농약.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 길항 미생물은 고정화 미생물 농약의 건조 무게 1g당 106내지 109세포의 양으로 함유된 것인 고정화 미생물 농약.
  10. (1)대사성 고분자를 함유하는 천연물이나 그의 가공물 또는 유도체를 물 또는 수성 용매와 실온에서 혼합하거나 혹은 혼합한 후 가열하여 페이스트 상태로 만든 다음, 20내지 80℃로 식혀서 겔상의 담체를 얻고, (2)상기 단계(1)에서 얻은 겔상의 담체에 길항 미생물을 균질한 상태가 되도록 혼합하여 담체-길항 미생물 복합체를 형성하며, (3)상기 단계(2)에서 얻은 담체-길항 미생물 복합체를 제형화하고, 건조시키는 것을 포함하는, 고정화 미생물 농약의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 단계(1)에서 가열은 60내지 121℃에서 수행되는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 단계(1)에서 가열은 약121℃에서 수행되는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 단계(2)에서 길항 미생물은 고체 또는 액체 배지에서 배양하여 세포 또는 포자를 함유하는 배지상태로 혼합하거나 배지로부터 세포 또는 포자를 분리하여 혼합시키는 것인 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 단계(2)에서 길항 미생물은 건조된 상태로 혼합하는 것인 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 단계(3)에서 건조는 풍건, 동결건조 또는 고온건조 하는 것인 방법.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 길항 미생물과 담체를 혼합하기 전에 미생물 보호제 또는 영양분 공급원을 미생물 또는 담체에 추가로 첨가시키는 방법.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 길항 미생물과 담체를 혼합시킬 때에 동시에 미생물 보호제 또는 영양분 공급원을 추가로 첨가시키는 방법.
  18. 제1항에 따른 고정화 미생물 농약을 부유성 천연재료로 피복하여서 제조된 수경용 농약.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 부유성 천연재료는 곡물 튀긴것, 왕겨, 콩깍지, 보리껍질, 욱수수껍질, 밀짚, 보리짚, 벗짚, 옥수수대, 수수대, 나뭇잎, 풀잎, 톱밭 중에서 선택된 것인 수경용 농약.
  20. 제1항에 따른 고정화 미생물 농약을 종자에 피복시켜서 된 농약-종자 복합체.
