Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición adhesiva para unir de forma estable esporas de hongos a la superficie de semillas de vegetales caracterizada porque comprende una disolución acuosa de licor de maíz fermentado y/o hidrolizados de proteína de soja. La presente invención también se refiere a un método y al uso del mismo para la cuantificación de la capacidad de adhesión mediante una medida indirecta en la que se cuantifican microesferas fluorescentes unidas a la superficie de semillas mediante la técnica de microscopia de fluorescencia. Este método permite de una manera sencilla, una valoración indirecta de la adhesión de esporas de hongos a la superficie de semillas y por ende valorar la calidad de la composición adhesiva de la presente invención.
Description
Los siguientes ejemplos son formas de realización de la presente invención pero no son limitativos de la misma.
Ejemplo 1. Obtención de la composición adhesiva de la presente invención
Para el siguiente ejemplo se han hecho tres lotes de 3 composiciones adhesivas:
-Muestra 1: 15 ml de hidrolizado de proteína de soja y agua hasta completar un volumen final de 100 mL de composición. -Muestra 2: 4 gramos de licor de maíz fermentado y agua hasta completar un volumen final de 100 mL. -Muestra 3: Muestra control (A) consistente en agua estéril.
Todas las muestras se obtuvieron por el siguiente procedimiento: a.-) tomar la cantidad adecuada de licor de maíz fermentado y/o de hidrolizado de proteína de soja, b.-) mezclar con un volumen de 50 ml de agua, c.-) Agitar hasta la completa homogenización, y d.-) Añadir agua estéril en agitación hasta un volumen final de 100 ml de composición adhesiva final.
Ejemplo 2. Método para la cuantificación de microesferas fluorescentes superficie de las semillas mediante una composición adhesiva a base de hidrolizado de proteínas de soja.
El siguiente ejemplo representa una prueba de concepto de la eficacia de la composición adhesiva correspondiente a la Muestra 1 del ejemplo 1.
Las etapas llevadas a cabo para la cuantificación por fluorescencia fueron las siguientes: a.-) tomar la Muestra 1, b.-) añadir 36 mg de microesferas fluorescentes y agitar hasta la completa homogenización, c.-) sumergir las semillas a tratar en la mezcla de la etapa anterior, en un frasco con tapa en una proporción volumétrica 1:3 (volumen semillas: volumen final), mantener en agitación durante al menos 1 minuto entre 50 y 100 rpm y decantar el líquido y retirar el exceso y reservar las semillas,
