Claims (16)

  1. a) 차아인산, b) 모노에틸렌성 불포화 모노카르복실산 또는 이들의 염 적어도 하나, c) C3~C8모노에틸렌성 불포화 디카르복실산, 무수물, 염 또는 이들의 C1~C4모노에스테르 적어도 하나, 그리고 임의로 d) 비카르복실산 단위체를 중합시켜서 되며, 상기 디카르복실산을 적어도 40%의 부가된 인이 중합체 모노알킬포스피네이트 그리고 중합체 모노알킬 포스피네이트의 형태인 중합체 조성물을 제공함에 효과적인 양으로 사용되는 중합체 모노알킬 포스피네이트 및 중합체 모노알킬 포스포네이트를 함유하는 중합체 혼합물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 모노에틸레성 불포화 모노카르복실산이 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산, 비닐아세트산, 크로톤산 그리고 아크릴옥시프로피온산에서 선택되는 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 모노에틸렌성 불포화 모노카르복실산이 아크릴산인 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, C3~C8모노에틸렌성 불포화 디카르복실산이 말레산, 이타콘산, 푸마르산, 이들의 염, 무수물 그리고 이들의 C1~C4모노에스테르로 부터 선택되는 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, C3~C8모노에틸렌성 불포화 디카르복실산이 말레산 또는 염 또는 이들의 무수물인 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 혼합물이 중량 평균 분자량 50,000 미만을 가지는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 혼합물이 중량 평균 분자량 10,000 미만을 가지는 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 혼합물이 중량 평균 분자량 5,000 미만을 가지는 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 부가된 인의 적어도 40%가 중합체 모노알킬 포스피네이트 그리고 중합체 모노알킬 포스포네이트의 형태로 있는 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 부가된 인의 적어도 50%가 중합체 모노알킬 포스피네이트 그리고 중합체 모노알킬 포스포네이트의 형태로 있는 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 부가된 인의 적어도 60%가 중합체 모노알킬 포스피네이트 그리고 중합체 모노알킬 포스포네이트의 형태로 있는 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 비카르복실산 단위체가 메틸, 에틸 또는 부틸 아크릴레이트, 또는 메틸, 부틸 또는 아이소부틸메타아크릴레이트와 같은 아크릴 또는 메타 아크릴산의 알킬에스테르, 히드록시에틸 또는 히드록시프로필아크릴레이트 또는 메타아크릴레이트와 같은 아크릴 또는 메타아크릴산의 히드록시 알킬에스테르, 아크릴아미드, n-알킬아크릴아미드, 메타아크릴아미드, 메틸올아크릴아미드, 메틸올메타아크릴아미드, 포스포에틸메타아크릴 레이트, 알릴 또는 메타알릴알코올, 에스테르 그리고 에테르, 아크일로니트릴, 비닐아세테이트, 비닐피리딘, 비닐피롤리돈, 스티렌, 비닐술폰산 또는 이들의 염 그리고 2-아크릴로아미도-2-메틸프로판 술폰산 또는 이들의 염에서 선택되는 제조방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 비카르복실산 단위체가 아크릴산히드록시에틸인 제조방법.
  14. 중합체 모노알킬포스피네이트, 중합체 모노알킬포스포네이트 그리고 중합체 디알킬포스피네이트를 함유하는 수용성 중합체 혼합물에서, 부가된 인의 적어도 40%가 중합체 모노알킬포스피네이트 그리고 중합체 모노알킬포스포네이트로서 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 중합체 혼합물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 부가된 인의 적어도 50%가 중합체 모노알킬포스피네이트 그리고 중합체 모노알킬포스포네이트로서 존재하는 중합체 조성물.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 부가된 인의 적어도 60%가 중합체 모노알킬포스피네이트 그리고 중합체 모노알킬포스포네이트로서 존재하는 중합체 조성물.
