Claims (4)
- 제1구리이온을 포획할 수 있는 기를 함유하는 중합체 기질, 황화구리로 구성된 제1황화물, 황화은 및 황화팔라듐으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 제2황화물, 및 Bi, Zn, In, V, Si, Al, Mn, Rb, Li, Tl, W, Ti, Cr, Mo, Y, Ge, Yb, La, Sm, Be, Sn, Zr, Mg, Ba, Nd, Cd 및 Ga의 황화물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 제3황화물을 함유하며 이들 제1, 제2 및 제3황화물이 상기 중합체 기질에 결합되어 있는 도전성 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1황화물의 양이 중합체 기질의 중량을 기준으로 0.5∼30%이며, 제2 및 제3황화물의 양이 원자비 M2/Cu 및 M3/Cu(여기서, M2및 M3는 각각 제2 및 제3 황화물의 금속을 나타낸다)가 0.001∼1.0의 범위로 제공되도록 하는 것인 조전성 재료.
- 제1구리이온을 포획할 수 있는 기를 함유하는 중합체 기질을, 제1 구리이온인 제1금속이온의 급원, 은이온 및 팔라듐 이온으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 제2 금속이온의 급원, Bi, Zn, In, V, Si, Al, Mn, Rb, Li, Tl, W, Ti, Cr, Mo, Y, Ge, Yb, La, Sm, Be, Sn, Zr, Mg, Ba, Nd, Cd 및 Ga이온으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 제3금속이온의 급원 및 티오술페이트를 함유하는 수욕으로 처리하여 상기 중합체 기질에 결합된 상기 제1, 제2 및 제3금속의 황화물을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 도전성 재료의 제조방법.
- 황화구리가 결합된 제1금속의 황화물을 함유하는 중합체 기질을, 은이온 및 팔라듐이온으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 제2 금속이온의 급원, Bi, Zn, In, V, Si, Al, Mn, Rb, Li, Tl, W, Ti, Cr, Mo, Y, Ge, Yb, La, Sm, Be, Sn, Zr, Mg, Ba, Nd, Cd 및 Ga이온으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 제3금속 이온의 급원 및 티오술페이트를 함유하는 수욕으로 처리하여 상기 중합체 기질에 결합된 상기 제1, 제2 및 제3금속의 황화물을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 도전성 재료의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
