폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막 내장 모듈 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 실시예6 및 비교예6의 각각의 중공사막으로부터의 추출액을 분광광도계 UV-160(시마즈세이사쿠쇼 제품)로 측정한 자외선흡수 스펙트럼을 표시한 것이다,
제2도는 가교 PVP를 함유하는 본 발명의 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막의 수중에서의 섬유형상을 표시하는 현미경 사진이다,
제3도는 함유 PVP를 Υ선 가교하기전의 폴리술폰계 선택 투과성 중공사막의 DMAc 중에서의 섬유형상을 표시하는 현미경 사진이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 친수성 고분자를 함유하는 폴리술폰계 선택 투과성 중공사막을 내장하여 이루어지는 모듈에 있어서 그 친수성 고분자는 가교되어 물에 불용화하고 있고, 또한 물을 함유하여 히드로겔상태로 막구조중에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장 모듈.
  2. 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막의 알부민 투과율이 5% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1기재의 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장 모듈.
  3. 친수성고분자가 폴리비닐 피롤리돈인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1기재의 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장 모듈.
  4. 폴리비닐 피롤리돈이 분자량 1만이상, 50만 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 2기재의 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장 모듈.
  5. 친수성고분자가 폴리에틸렌글리콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1기재의 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장 모듈.
  6. 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막이 폴리술폰 중공사막 또는 폴리에테르술폰 중공사막인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1기재의 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장 모듈.
  7. 가교되어 불용화하고 있는 친수성고분자가 단독으로 중공사형태를 유지하고 있는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1기재의 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장 모둘.
  8. 중공사막에 존재하는 친수성고분자가 중공사막의 내측표면 근방에 편재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1기재의 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장 모듈.
  9. 폴리술폰계수지와 친수성고분자를 포함하는 방사원액을 사용하여 형성된 중공사막을 포화함수율 이상의 습윤상태로 한 후에 그 습윤상태를 유지한 상태로 모듈성형하는 공정과 방사선가교하는 공정과를 적어도 경유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장 모듈의 제조방법.
  10. 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막의 알부민투과율이 5%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 9기재의 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장 모듈의 제조방법.
  11. 모듈성형한 후에, 방사선 가교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장 모듈의 제조방법.
  12. 방사선 가교한 후에 모듈성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장모듈의 제조방법.
  13. 방사선이 γ선인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 9기재의 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장모듈의 제조방법.
  14. 방사선이 x선인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 9기재의 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장모듈의 제조방법.
  15. 친수성고분자가 폴리비닐 피롤리돈인 청구항 9기재의 폴리술폰계 선택투과성 중공사막내장모듈의 제조방법.
