Claims (5)
- 베이스, 제1위치와 베이스에 대한 제2위치 사이에서 움직일 수 있는 디딤대, 상기 제1위치와 제2위치사이에서의 상기 디딤대의 운동에 비례하는 변환 신호를 출력시키는 메카니즘 및, 상기 제1위치를 향해 상기 디딤대를 해제가능하게 편향시키는, 상기 디딤대와 연관된 수단을 포함하고, 상기 편향 수단은 평탄하게 나선형으로 감긴 리본과 같은 재료의 한쌍의 클록형 스프링으로서 특징지워지는, 차량 엔진의 속도 제어를 위한 전기 신호 출력용 전자 풋 페달.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피봇 아암은 상기의 디딤대와 상기의 베이스 사이에서 연장되고 피봇 샤프트는 상기 피봇 아암의 한단부를 상기 디딤대와 상기 베이스의 한곳에 피봇 연결시키며, 타단부는 상기 디딤대와 상기 베이스의 다른곳에 미끄럼 연계되며, 상기 한쌍의 스프링은 상기의 피봇 샤프트를 나란한 관계로 둘러싸며, 각각의 스프링은 상기 디딤대와 상기 베이스의 상기 한분에 걸린(anchored)한 단부를 지님으로써, 베이스를 향한 디딤대의 운동은 상기 피봇 아암의 피봇 작용 및 스프링의 증가된 감김 작용을 강제하는 전자 풋 페달.
- 제2항에 있서, 상기 스프링은 독립적으로 장착되지만 상호 보완적이고, 각각의 스프링은 운전자가 디딤대에 압력을 가하지 않을 때 제1의 위치로 디딤대를 회송시키는 충분한 회송 편향력으로 특징지워지는 전자 풋 페달.
- 제3항에 있어서, 스프링의 풀림을 제한하고 제1의 위치를 설정하는 정지부재를 지니며, 상기 스프링은 상기 제1의 위치에서 선부하(preload)의 상태에 있는 전자 풋 페달.
- 베이스, 제1위치와 베이스에 대한 제2위치 사이에서 운동할 수 있는 디딤대, 상기 제1위치와 제2위치 사이에서의 상기 디딤대의 운동에 비례적인 변환 신호를 출력시키는 메카니즘, 상기 제1의 위치를 향해 상기 디딤대를 해제가능하게 편향시키는, 상기 디딤대와 연관된 수단, 상기 디딤대에 고정 장착된 아이들 밸리데이션 스위치, 상기 밸리데이션 스위치를 상기의 메카니즘에 연결하는 플런저, 제1위치에서의 디딤대의 위치와 함께 스위치의 작용 지점을 설정하기 위하여 디딤대와 플런저의 상대적인 위치를 조정하도록, 상기 플런저와 연관된 조정 수단을 포함하고, 상기 스위치는 디딤대가 제1위치를 향해 움직일 때 메카니즘의 신호를 무시하도록 상기 플런저에 의해 작용되는 차량 엔진의 속도 제어를 위한 전기 신호 출력용 전자 풋 페달.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
