제1도는 여러가지의 농도 및 pH값에서 항-gp160 항체(CG-143)로서 골드 졸을 핍고함으로써 제공된 염-유도된 골드 졸 응집에 대한 상대 내성을 나타내는 그래프, 제2도는 여러가지의 농도 및 pH값에서 항-gp160 항체(GC-143)으로 TTC피복 골드 졸을 피복함으로써 제공된 염-유도된 골드 졸응집에 대한 상대 내성을 나타내는 그래프, 제3도는 여러가지의 농도 및 pH수준에서 어떠한 부가된 염의 부재하의 골드 졸의 자발적 응집을 일으키려는 GC-143의 능력을 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (23)

  1. 알칸티올, 알칸티올 유도체, 디-티올 및 트리-티올 화합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 화합물로 피복된 골드 졸(gold sol)을 포함하는 미립자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 화합물이 최소한 하나의 알칸티올인 미립자.
  3. 제3항에 있어서, 상기의 화합물이 최소한 하나의 알칸티올과 최소한 하나의 알칸티올 유도체의 혼합물인 미립자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 알칸티올이 일반식CH3(CH2)nSH[식중, n은 9내지 23의 정수임]의 알칸티올인 미립자.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 알칸티올 유도체가 일반식 RCH2(CH2)nSH[식중, R은 OH, COOH, CHO, SH 및 NH2로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되고, n은 9내지 23의 정수임]을 포함하는 미립자.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 화합물이 디-티올 화합물인 미립자.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 화합물이 트리-티올 화합물인 미립자.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 골드 졸이 10㎚ 내지 약 150㎚의 직경을 갖는 미립자.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 염-유도된 응집에 대하여 내성을 갖응으로써, 상기의 졸의 헌탁액의 540㎚광학 밀도중 10%이하가 1.0% NaCl의 존재하에 10분후에 손실되는 미립자.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 결합 성분에 공유 결합적으로 연결되는 미립자.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 결합성분이 단백질, 탄수화물, 항원, 항체, 리간드, 중합체 및 단량체로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 미립자.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 화합물에 공유 결합적으로 부착되고 결합성분이 공유 결합적으로 연결되는 가교화합물을 추가로 포함하는 미립자.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 부가적으로 수동 성분이 수동적으로 흡착되는 미립자.
  14. 최소한 하나의 슬프히드릴그룹을 함유하는 결합 성분에 부착된 골드졸을 포함하는 미립자.
  15. a)알칼티올, 알칸티올 유도체, 디-티올 및 트리-티올 화합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 화합물의 알콜 용액과 골드 졸 미립자를 혼합하여, 피복된 골드 졸 미립자를 제조하고, b)상기의 피복된 골드졸을 원심분리하고, c)피복된 골드 졸을 완충액에 다시 헌탁하는 것을 포함하는, 골드 졸 미립자의 피복방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기의 알콜 용액이 계면 활성제를 추가로 함유하는, 골드 졸 미립자의 피복방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기의 화합루이 알킨티올과 알칸티올 유도체의 혼합물인, 골드 졸 미립자의 피복방법.
  18. a)골드 졸을 제15항에 따라 피복하여 피복된 골드 졸을 제조하고, b)상기의 피복된 골드 졸과 결합 성분을 배양하여 결합성분을 상기의 피복된 졸에 부착하고, c)상기의 단계 d)의 피복된 골드 졸사이에서 비특이성 부위를 차단하고, d)상기의 단계 c)의 피복된 골드 졸을 원심분리하고, e)상기의 단계 d)의 피복된 골드 졸을 완충액에 다시 현탁하는 것을 포함하는, 골드 졸 미립자에 결합 성분을 부착하는 방법.
  19. a)골드 졸을 제16항의 방법에 따라 피복하고, b)골드 졸, 적절한 화학적 가교제 및 결합성분의 혼합물을 배야하여 결합 성분을 핍고된 골드 졸에 부착하고, c)상기의 혼합물을 급냉시키고, d)상기의 단계 b)의 피복된 골드 졸상에서 비특이성 부위를 차단하고, e)상기의 단계 d)의 피복된 골드 졸을 원심분리하고, f)완충액에 다시 현탁하는 것을 포함하는, 골드 졸 미립자에 결합성분을 부착하는 방법.
  20. a)골드 졸 미립자를 제17항의 방법에 따라 피복하고, b)상기의 피복된 골드 졸, 적절한 가교제 및 결합성분의 혼합물을 배양하여 결합 성분을 피복된 골드 졸에 부착하고, c)상기의 혼합물을 급냉시키고, d)상기의 단계 d)의 피복된 골드 졸상에서 비특이성 부위를 차단하고 e)상기의 단계, d)의 피복된 골드 졸을 원실분리하고, f)완충액에서 다시 현탁하는 것을 포함하는 결합 성분을 골드 졸 미립자에 부착하는 방법.
  21. a)골드 졸미립자를 제16항의 방법에 따라 피복하고, b)상기의 피복된 골드 졸과 결합성분을 배양하고, c)상기의 단계 b)의 피복된 골드 졸상에서 비특이성 부위를 차단하고, d)상기의 단계 c)의 피복된 골드 졸을 원심분리하고, e)상기의 단계 d)의 골드 졸을 완충액에 다시 현탁하는 것을 포함하는, 결합성분을 골드 졸 미립자에 부착하는 방법.
  22. a)결합성분을 화학적 티올화에 의해 변형하고, b)상기의 단계 a)의 티올화된 결합성분을 골드 졸 미립자와 함께 배양하고, c)상기의 단계 b)의 골드 졸 상에서 비특이적 부위를 차단하고, d)상기의 단계 c)의 골드 졸을 원심분리하고, e)상기의 단계 d)의 골드 졸을 완충액에 다시 현탁하는 것을 포함하는, 결합성분을 골드 졸 미립자에 부착하는 방법.
  23. 제1항에 다른 미립자 및 완충 용액을 포함하는 면역 평가분석에 사용하기 위한 진단 키트.
