시이트나 웨브(web)형 셀룰로오스 섬유함유제품의 제조방법

Claims (12)

  1. 섬유와 충진제를 함유하는 셀룰로오스 현탁물로부터 얻을수 있고 이 현탁물에 대해 음이온성 무기입자와 양이온 탄화수소 고분자를 첨가하고 와이어 상에서 현탁물을 형성하고 다시 건조하는 것으로서, 먼저 현탁물에 대해 음이온성 무기입자와 또한 0.02의 치환도를 갖고 0.01중량% 알루미늄의 함유된 양이온 전분이나 양이온 갈락토만난인 양이온 탄수화물 고분자를 현탁물에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트 또는 웨브형 셀룰로오스 섬유함유 제품의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 탄수화물 고분자가 양이온 전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 탄수화물 고분자가 양이온 구아검인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 양이온 탄수화물 고분자의 치환도가 0.07이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 양이온 탄수화물 고분자의 치환도가 0.07내지 1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 전술한 항중 한 항에 있어서, 양이온 탄수화물 고분자에 0.05내지 5중량%의 알루미늄이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 음이온 무기입자가 실리카 기초 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 음이온 무기입자가 콜로이드 실리카, 콜로이드 알루미늄 변형 실리카, 콜로이드 알루미늄 규산염 또는 다중규산인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 음이온 무기입자가 벤토나이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 6항중 한 항에 있어서, 양이온 탄수화물 고분자를 무수섬유 및 충진제상에서 무수상태로 0.1㎏/t의 양만큼 현탁물에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  11. 제1,7,8 또는 9항에 있어서, 음이온 입자를 무수섬유 및 충진제상에서 무수형태로 0.01㎏/t의 양만큼 현탁물에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  12. 전술한 항중 한항에 있어서, 시이트나 웨브형 제품이 종이인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
