Abstract

입자가 실리카 기초 음이온입자 및 물에 팽창할 수 있는 스멕타이트형 팽윤된 점토입자인 콜로이드 입자 수성현탁물을 발표한다. 현탁물을 응집제로 사용하며 제지공정에서 고분자와 혼합한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 입자가 실리카 기초 음이온 입자와 또한 물속에서 팽창하는 스멕타이트형 점토의 수화입자로서 점토입자에 대한 실리카 기초입자의 중량비가 20 : 1 내지 1 : 10 이고 현탁물의 무수함량은 5 내지 40 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 안정형 콜로이드 입자 현탁물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 점토입자에 대한 실리카 기초입자 중량비를 6 : 1 내지 1 : 3 비율인 것을 특징으로 하는 현탁물.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 현탁물 무수함량은 8 내지 30 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 현탁물.
  4. 전술한 항중 한항에 있어서, 실리카 기초입자는 8 내지 45% 범위의 S-갑솨 또한 750 내지 1000m2/g 비표면적의 실리카 입자를 가진 실리카 기초졸에서 생기며 입자는 2 내지 25%로 변형된 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 현탁물.
  5. 전술한 항중 한항에 있어서, 점토입자는 벤토나이트입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 현탁물.
  6. 물속에서 팽창하는 스멕타이트형 점토를 실리카 기초입자졸에 혼합하고 이것에 분산시켜 현탁물을 형성하고 점토입자에 대한 실리카 기초 중량비가 20 : 1 내지 1 : 10이고 현탁물의 무수함량이 5 내지 40중량% 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜로이드 입자 수성 현탁물 제조방법.
  7. 물에 팽창하는 점토입자와 실리카 기초입자로서 실리카 기초 입자 대 점토입자의 중량비는 20 : 1 내지 1 : 10 범위이고 현탁물 무수함량은 5 내지 40 중량% 범위이며 정수용 또한 펄프제조 및 제지 공정에서 양이온 또는 양쪽이온형 고분자와 혼합하여 응집제로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜로이드 입자 수성현탁물의 용도.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 현탁물을 제지공정에서 보존력 향상과 탈수를 위한 응집제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 현탁물은 양이온 전분 또는 양이온 아크릴아미드와 함께 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 현탁물은 양이온 아크릴아미드 기초 고분자와 함께 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
