안료부착 적색발광형광체 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
1. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 산화유로피움의 첨가량은 상기 산화이트륨의 3내지 6중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료부착 적색발광형체의 제조방법.
제1(가)도는 본 발명의 안료입자의 결정상(crystal phase)을 나타내는 XRD회절패턴이고, 제1(나)도는 JCPDS-파일(file)에 수록된 표준물질의 결정상을 나타내는 In2S3의 XRD회절패턴이고, 제1(다)도는 JCPDS-파일(file)에 수록된 표준물질의 결정상을 나타내는 Y2O2S의 XRD회절패턴, 제2도느 산화철(Fe2O3)과 본 발명의 안료입자의 파장에 대한 반사율곡선, 제3도는 산화철(Fe2O3)과 본 발명의 안료입자의 체색좌표로서의 표준광원 D65를 조사했을 때의 색좌표.

Claims (10)

  1. 적색발광체에 혼합되거나 또는 이 형광체표면에 부착되는 안료입자로 이루어진 안료부착 적색발광체에 있어서, 상기 안료입자가 Y2O2S : Eu와 In2S3의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료부착 적색발광형광체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안료인 Y2O2S : Eu 대 In2S3의 혼합비가 중량%로 17 : 83 내지 83: 17인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료부착 적색발광형광체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안료의 혼합기가 중량%로 41:59 내지 17:83인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료부착 적색발광형광체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적색발광형광체가 Y2O2S : Eu, Y2O3 :Eu 및 YVO3: Eu 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료부착 적색발광형광체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안료의 양은 심체형광체에 대하여 0.1 내지 10중량%인 것을 특징으로하는 안료부착 적색발광형광체.
  6. 적색발광형광체에 적색안료입자가 바인더를 첨가하여 안료부착 적색발광형광체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기안료는 안료제조시 산화인듐, 산화이트륨 및 산화유로피움을 건식혼합 하여 700 내지 950℃에서 2내지 8시간 동안 H2S분위기하에서 소성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료부착 적색발광형광체의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 바인더가 아크릴에멀젼인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료부착 적색발광형광체의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 안료의 혼합기가 중량%로 17:83 내지 83:17인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료부착 적색발광 형광체의 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 안료의 혼합비가 중량%로 41:59 내지 17:83인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료부착 적색발광형광체의 제조방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 산화유로피움의 첨가량은 상기 산화이트륨의 0.1 내지 9중량%범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료부착 적색발광형광체의 제조방법.
