Claims (10)
- 산과 아민으로 이루어진 촉매의 존재하에 고온에서 일반식 R1-CHR2-CH(-O-R3)2(식중, R1은 탄소수1-6의 라디칼이고, R2는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 또는 2의 라디칼이며, R3은 탄소수 1-6의 라디칼이다)의 디아세탈을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 일반식 R1-CR2=CH-O-R3(식중, R1, R2및 R3은 상기에서 정의한 바와 동일하다)의 에테르의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디아세탈 1몰당 0.00015-0.008 특히 0.0002-0.006, 바람직하게는 0.00025-0.0015몰의 산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산과 아민이 1:07-1=35 특히 1:0.8-1:3, 바람직하게는 1:1-1:2의 몰비로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산이 ≤2.5, 특히 ≤2.2 바람직하게는 ≤2.0의 pk를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 산이 인산, 황산, 또는 지방족 또는 방향족 설폰산 특히 방향족 설폰산임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 산이 p-톨루엔설폰산임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 아민이 총 8-30, 특히 9-24, 바람직하게는 10-20 탄소원자를 갖는 아민임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 아민이 지방족 직쇄 및/또는 분지쇄 아민, 특히 n-헥실-n-헵틸-, n-옥틸-, n-데실-, n-도데실-, 2-에틸헥실-, i-노닐-, 3, 5, 5-트리메틸헥실-, 디-n-부틸-, 디-i-부틸-, 디아밀-, 디-n-헥실-, 디-n-옥틸-, 디-2-에틸헥실-, 디-i-노닐-, 트리-n-프로필-, 트리-n-부틸-, 트리-n-펜틸-, 트리-n-헥실, 트리-n-옥틸-, 트리-2-에틸헥실-, 트리-n-노닐-, 트리-i-노닐-, 및 트리-n-데실아민임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 형성한 반응 생성물의 비점보다 높은 온도에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 온도가 최대한 200℃, 특히 180℃, 바람직하게는 160℃임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
