공기조화기의 전류 제어회로 및 그 방법

제1도는 본 발명을 적용시킨 공기조화기의 제어회로 블럭도.

제3도는 본 발명의 직류 첨두 전류 검지부를 나타내는 상세회로도.

Claims (3)

  1. 냉난방 겸용 운전이 가능하고 인버터를 이용해 압축기 운전 주파수를 제어하는 공기조화기에 있어서, 교류 전원(1)에 접속되어 전체 교류전류를 검지하는 전전류 검지부(7)와, 정전압부(2)와 인버터부(3) 사이에 접속되어 인버터부(3)로 흐르는 직류전류의 첨두치를 검지하는 직류 첨두 전류 검지부(8)와, 상기 전전류 검지부(7)와 직류 첨두 전류 검지부(8)의 출력을 냉방 및 난방운전과 운전주파수에 따라 다르게 설정된 제한 전류와 비교하여 제한전류보다 클 경우에 압축기(4)의 운전을 정지시키는 마이콤(6)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 전류제어회로.
  2. 공기조화기의 운전제어방법에 있어서, 주변의 공조부하에 해당하는 데이타들을 받아들여 압축기의 운전주파수를 결정하고, 냉방 운전인지 난방운전인지를 판별하여 판별된 운전지령과 결정된 운전주파수에 따라 전전류 제한치를 세팅시키는 단계와, 검지된 직류 첨두 전류치와 설정되어 있는 제한전류치를 비교하여 검지된 직류 첨두 전류치가 클 경우에 압축기의 운전을 정지시키는 단계와, 검지된 전전류치와 세팅되어 있는 제한 전류치를 비교하여 검지된 전전류치가 클 때마다 타이머값을 증가시키고, 카운트 값이 설정값 이상이 되면 압축기의 운전을 정지시키는 단계들로 제어함을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 전류 제어방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직류 첨두 전류 검지부(8)는 정전압부(2)와 인버터부(3) 사이에 접속된 션트저항(R1)과, 직류 첨두 전류의 제한치를 설정하는 제너 다이오드(ZD) 및 저항(R2)(R3)과, 콘덴서(C2)(C3)와, 역전압 방지용 다이오드(D11)와, 저항(R1)양단의 전압이 제너 전압 이상일 경우에 작동하여 마이콤(6)에 알려주는 포토커플터(12)와, 바이어스용 저항(R4)으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 전류 제어회로.
