Claims (4)
- 로커 샤프트가 로커 아암과 더불어 요동하는 밸브 움직임 기구를 구비한 엔진의 실린더 헤드에 장착되어 상기 로커 샤프트를 지지하는 로커 샤프트 캡을 각 로커 샤프트를 지지하는 복수의 캡부와 이들 캡부의 양측을 서로 연결하는 빔부에 의해 일체로 형성해서 래더 프레임 구조로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 헤드의 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 래더 프레임의 각 캡부 및 각 빔부에 오일 통로를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 헤드의 구조.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로커 아암에 스템부가 맞닿은 밸브와 상기 로커샤프트에 축받이 되며 저속 캡에 요동되는 저속 로커 아암과 상기 로커 샤프트에 축받이되며 고속 캠에 요동되는 고속로커 아암과 상기 로커 샤프트와 저속 로커 아암을 로크하는 제1플랜저와 상기 로커 샤프트와 상기 고속 로커 아암을 로크하는 제2플랜저를 구비하며, 상기 오일 통로는 엔진 휴통 운전시 상기 제1플랜저를 로크 해제 방향으로 구동하는 제1오일 통로와 엔진 고속 운전시 상기 제2플랜저를 로크 방향으로 구동하는 제2오일 통로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 헤드의 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로커 샤프트 캠과 협동해서 상기 로커 샤프트를 축받이하는 홀더가 손길이 방향의 양측벽과 그 양측벽에 연결되는 크로스바아로 일체로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 헤드의 구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
