Abstract

본 발명은 기어로 구동되는 오버헤드캠(over head cam) 기관의 기어트레인부에서 발생되는 치차 접촉에 의한 소음을 저감하도록 하기 위해, 캠축기어(30)가 일체로 회전되게 체결되는 캠축이 실린더블록(40)의 상부에 설치되는 실린더헤드(50)의 상부에 회전 가능하게 장치되고, 상기 캠축기어가 아이들기어(10)에 의해 상기 실린더블록에 장치되는 캠축구동기어(20)에 연동 가능하게 맞물리는 것에 있어서, 상기 아이들기어의 중심부에 체결구멍들이 형성되는 회전축(11)이 끼워지고, 상기 체결구멍으로 소정 공차를 두고 삽입되는 체결볼트(14)들에 의해 제1게이지플레이트(12)와 제2게이지플레이트(13)의 일단부가 지지되어, 상기 제1게이지플레이트의 타단부가 상기 캠축기어의 중심부에 지지되고, 상기 제2게이지플레이트의 타단부가 상기 캠축구동기의 중심부에 지지되도록 하며, 제1게이지플레이트(12)와 제2케이지플레이트(13)가 아이들기어(10)와 캠축구동기어(20) 및 캠축기어(30) 사이에 중심간 거리를 유지시키며, 체결볼트(14)가 일정영역을 이동 가능하도록 하므로 개스킷의 변형량을 보상하도록 하는 오버헤드캠 기관의 기어소음 저감구조이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 캠축기어(30)가 일체로 회전되게 체결되는 캠축이 실린더블록(40)의 상부에 설치되는 실린더헤드(50)의 상부에 회전 가능하게 장치되고, 상기 캠축기어가 아이들기어(10)에 의해 상기 실린더블록에 장치되는 캠축구동기어(20)에 연동 가능하게 맞물리는 것에 있어서, 상기 아이들기어의 중심부에 체결구멍들이 형성되는 회전축(11)이 끼워지고, 상기 체결구멍으로 소정 공차를 두고 삽입되는 체결볼트(14)들에 의해 제1게이지플레이트(12)와 제2게이지플레이트(13)의 일단부가 지지되어, 상기 제1게이지플레이트의 타단부가 상기 캠축기어의 중심부에 지지되고, 상기 제2게이지플레이트의 타단부가 상기 캠축구동기의 중심부에 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 오베헤드캠 기관의 기어소음 저감구조
