피막특성과 자기특성이 뛰어난 박형 방향성 규소 강판의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 표면 산화물 조성 조정 처리후의 산소 중량의 상위에 따른 강판표면의 적외반사 스펙트럼 강도변화를 나타낸 도면.
제2도는 (a)~(c)는 각각 1도 시료의 단면 방향의 산화물의 조성 변화를 나타내는 모식도.

Claims (6)

  1. 규소 함유 강소재를 열간 압연후 1회 또는 중간 소둔을 사이에 두는 2회의 냉간 압연을 실시하여 판두께 : 0.28㎜ 이하의 최종판두께로 한후 탈탄·1차 재결정 소둔을 실시하고, 이어서 소둔분리제를 도포하고 나서 최종 마무리 소둔을 실시하는 일련의 공정에 의해서 방향성 규소 강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 탈판·1차 재결정 소둔 공정에 있어서, 강판 표면에 파이어라이트와 실리카의 조성비가 적외반사의 흡광도비 Af/As로 0.5~5.5이며 또한 산소중량이 0.4~1.6g/㎡인 부스케일을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막 특성과 자기 특성이 뛰어난 박형 방향성 규소강판의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 규소 함유 강소재중에 Sb를 0.005~0.050%함유시킨 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탈탄·1차 재결정 소둔의 균열 영역의 후단에, 분위기의 산소 포텐셜 P(H2O)/P(H2)이 0.40~0.50이고 처리시간이 20~30초간인 표면산화물조정역을 설치하여 이루어진 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 탈탄·1차 재결정 소둔의 균열영역의 산소 포텐셜 P(H2O)/P(H2)을 0.15~0.35로 하는 동시에, 이 균열 영역의 후단에 표면산화물 조성 조정역으로 산소 포텐셜 P(H2O)/P(H2)을 0.40~0.50이고 처리시간이 20~30초간인 처리영역을 설치하여 이루어진 제조방법.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 승온과정에 있어서의 분위기의 포텐셜 P(H2O)P(H2)을 0.35~0.60으로 하여 이루어진 제조방법.
  6. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 승온과정에 있어서의 승온속도를 10~25℃/s로 하여 이루어진 제조방법.
