Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a benzilor din otel silicios cu structura orientata cub pe muchie, conform inventiei, prevede elaborarea unei sarje cu un continut de 0,02...0,06% C, 0,0006....0,008% B, maximum 0,01% N, respectiv 0,009% Al si 2,5...4,0 Si, turnarea otelului recoacerea semifabricatului la maximum 1260 degree C, laminarea la cald pîna la grosimea de 2,540 ,,, maleabilizarea subsecventa a benzii obtinute la maximum 899 degree C, laminarea la rece printr-o singura trecere la grosimea prestabilita, tratareatermica pentru decarburare, aplicare a pe suprafata benzii a unui strat refractar pe baza de hidroxid de magneziu si recoacerea finala pentru orientarea strcturala. în scopul obtinerii unor produse cu caracteristici electromagnetice superioare, se efectueaza recoacerea semifabricatului înainte de laminare la cald la minimum 1232 degree C, maleabilizarea suvsecventa a benzii laminate la cald la minimum 788 degree C si, de preferinta, în intervalul de 788....843 degree C si laminarea la rece printr-o singura trecere îngrosimea finala de 0,4572 mm.
