Abstract
거친 압연 단계, 중간 압연 단계, 마무리 압연 단계를 포함하는 압연 공정에 의해 플랜지부를 가지는 강의 제조 방법에 있어서, 강괴를 1100 내지 1300℃의 온도 범위를 가열하는 단계와, 가열 강괴를 거친 압연강으로 거친 압연하는 단계와, 750℃보다 높지 않은 온도로 플랜지의 표면층을 냉각하도록 중간 압연 단계내의 압연 통로사이에서 절단된 거친 압연 강의 플랜지부를 수냉하고, 전체 압하량이 20%보다 낮지 않고 평균 압연 온도가 950℃보다 높지 않은 압연 통로사이에 적어도 한번 플랜지의 표면층의 표면층의 복열동안 플랜지부를 압연하는 단계와, 마무리 압연 단계후 플랜지의 두께에 따라 0.5 내지 10℃/sec 범위의 냉각 속도로 플랜지부의 외면을 냉각하는 단계를 포함한다. 또한, 강의 탄소 당량이 제어된다.

Claims (3)
- 거친 압연 단계, 중간 압연 단계, 마무리 압연 단계를 포함하는 압연 공정에 의해 플랜지부를 가지는 강의 제조 방법에 있어서, (1) 강괴를 1100 내지 1300℃의 온도 범위로 가열하는 단계와, (2) 가열 강괴를 거친 압연강으로 거친 압연하는 단계와, (3) 750℃보다 높지 않은 온도로 플랜지의 표면층을 냉각하도록 중간 압연 단계내의 압연 통로사이에서 절단된 거친 압연 강의 플랜지부를 수냉하고, 전체 압하량이 20%보다 낮지 않고 평균 압연 온도가 950℃보다 높지 않은 압연 통로사이에 적어도 한번 플랜지의 표면층의 표면층의 복열동안 플랜지부를 압연하는 단계와, (4) 마무리 압연 단계후 플랜지의 두께에 따라 0.5 내지 10℃/sec 범위의 냉각 속도로 플랜지부의 외면을 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강괴는 SM400강으로 제공되고 0.21 내지 0.25% 범위의 탄소 당량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강괴는 SM490강으로 제공되고 0.29 내지 0.37% 범위의 탄소 당량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
