SE CARACTERIZA POR LLEVAR A CABO EL RECOCIDO DE LA BANDA LAMINADA EN CALIENTE, DE ACERO INOLXIDABLE FERRITICO CONTENIENDO ALUMINIO, SEGUN UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE RECOCIDO CONTINUO DE CORTA DURACION, PARA LO QUE LA BANDA PREPARADA POR UN METODO CONVENCIONL SE CALIENTA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 850 A 1.100 C., A FIN DE QUE LA TOTALIDAD O PARTE DEL NITRURO DE ALUMINIO CONTENIDO SE DISUELVE EN UNA SOLUCION SOLIDA. A CONTINUACION LA BANDA SE ENFRIA HASTA UNA TEMPERATURA DE 700-900 C., Y EL NITRURO DE ALUMINIO PRECIPITA. LA VELOCIDAD DE ENFRIAMIENTO SE CONTROLA EN FUNCION DEL CONTENIDO DE ALUMINIO. POSTERIORMENTE SE LAMINA LA BANDA EN FRIO Y SE SOMETE A UN RECOCIDO POR RECRISTALIZACION A FIN DE OBTENER LAS CARACTERISTICAS ADECUADAS EN EMBUTICION DE ANTIESTRIAS Y RESISTENCIA A LA CORROSION.
