Claims (5)

  1. 소량의 메틸클로로실란을 함유하고 있는 사염화규소를 정제하는 방법에 있어서, 염소존재하에서, 사염화규소제품을 광에 노출시켜서 메틸클로로실란의 메틸기를 염소화하고, 염소화된 메틸클로로실란을 사염화규소로부터 증류하여 제거하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소량의 메틸클로로실란을 함유하고 있는 사염화규소의 정제방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 광이 자외선광이 큰비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 광노출을 실질적으로 모든 메틸기가 염소화 될때까지의 시간동안 계속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 시간이 적어도 45분인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 염소가 메틸클로로실란의 몰수와 비교해서 적어도 동일한 몰량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
