Claims (2)

  1. 고정된 지지대상의 고정볼트 둘레로 회전할 수 있도록 장착된 편심조정륜, 편심조정륜 둘레로 회전하는 편심작업륜, 작업륜과 조정륜에 부착된 기초판 사이에서 연장되는 스프링, 그리고 작업륜상에 회전할 수 있도록 장착된 인장롤러를 포함하고, 두 편심륜의 상대적 각 위치조정이 표시기 수단에 의해 용이하게 되는 인장장치에 있어서, 편심조정륜(1)이 기초판(5)에 대하여 회전할 수 있고, 그리고 편심조정륜(1)과 함께 기초판(5)이 회전운동하는 것을 막기 위한 돌출부(11)가 모터블럭(7) 내에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 탄력에 의해 조정가능한 인장장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 표시기 노치(12)와 혀모양부(13)가 기초판(5)과 편심작업륜(3) 상에 각각 제공되어 특정 인장력을 사전에 선택하도록 하는 탄력에 의해 조정가능한 인장장치.
