Claims (12)

  1. 피질분이 75wt.%이상, 물론 추출가능한 Na+이온과 Ca2+이온의 합계량이 0.5wt.%이하이고 평균 입자크기 D50가 10㎛∼250㎛인 피혁분말 10∼400 중량부 및 고무 100중량부의 분산 혼합물로 됨을 특징으로 하는 피혁 분말 함유 고무 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 피혁 분말 재료의 유지분이 2wt.%이하임을 특징으로 하는 피혁 분말 함유 고무 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 유지분이 0.5wt.%이하임을 특징으로 하는 피혁 분말 함유 고무 조성물.
  4. 피질분이 75wt.%이상, 물로 추출 가능한 Na+이온과 Ca2+이온과의 합계량이 0.5wt.%이하이고 평균 입자크기 D50가 10㎛∼250㎛인 피혁분말 10∼400 중량부 및 고무 100중량부의 분산 혼합물로 되는 피혁 분말 함유 고무조성물을 주로 사용하여 성형된 성형품을 특징으로 하는 피혁 분말 성형품.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 성형품은 피혁분말이 해도상으로 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피혁 분말 함유 고무 성형품.
  6. 피혁 분말 원료를 조분쇄, 수세, 탈수, 스팀에 의한 습윤, 미분쇄 하는 공정과 이 피혁분말로 부터 소요의 평균 입자크기로 분쇄한 피혁분말을 분급하는 공정 및 이 피혁분말 10∼400중량부와 고무 100중량부를 분산 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말 함유 고무 조성물 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서 피혁분말 원료는 조분쇄, 수제 및 탈수공정후에 유리 Na+이온의 합계량이 0.5wt.%이하이고 수분이 65∼70%인 조분말이 되게 함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말 함유고무 조성물의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서 건조공정후의 조분쇄 피혁분말은 수분 3wt.%이하로 함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말 함유 고무 조성물 제조방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 미분쇄에 의하여 조분쇄 피혁분말의 평균 입자크기 D50를 10㎛∼250㎛가 되게 함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말 함유 고무 조성물 제조방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 조분쇄와 수세공정 사이에 건조, 용제에 의한 탈지, 잔존 용제의 제거를 실시함으로써 피혁분말의 유지분을 제거함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말 함유고무 조성물 제조방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서 수세공정을 탈지전 또는 미분쇄후에 실시함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말 함유 고무 조성물 제조방법.
  12. 제6항에 있어서 고무는 합성고무 및/또는 천연 고무임을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말 함유 고무 조성물 제조방법.
