Claims (6)

  1. 복수의 병렬선형 투명전극에 의해 그들의 표면상에 각각 배설되는 한쌍의 반투명기판을 포함하고, 그 표면은 방향막으로 덮이고, 그 한쌍의 반투명기판은 2개 기판상에 선형 반투명전극의 늘어나는 방향이 교차하는 서로가 대향하여 배열되고, 액정결합은 기판사이에 위치되고, 반투명기판의 적어도 하나위의 선형투명전극사이의 각 영역은 그 영역을 한정하는 근접선형 투명전극중의 하나와 전기적으로 접속되는 비반투명 저저항 도전막에 의해 광이 차례되고, 차단되나 절연막에 의해 인접전극의 다른 것에서 단선되는 액정표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비반투명 저 저항도전막은 107Ω.㎝이하의 저항율을 가지는 액정표시 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비반투명 저 저항도전막은 몰리브덴, 알루미늄 또는 티타늄으로 만들어지는 액정표시 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 비반전투명 저 저항도전막은 두께가 100~1000A인 액정표시 장치
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 절연막은 Ta2O5, A12O3, ZnO, Y2O3, SiO2또는 SiNX로 만드는 액정표시 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 절연막은 두께에서 1000A~10000A범위에 있는 액정표시 장치.
