Claims (15)

  1. 폴리이소시아네이트와, 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 적어도 두개의 작용기를 가지는 화합물과, 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 단일 작용기를 가지는 폴리에테르와, 의 반응생성물인 에틸렌계 말단 폴리우레탄 거대단량체와, 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체와, 의 반응 생성물로 되는 물과 희석가능한 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 차단제와 더 반응하는 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 차단제가 디올, 트리올, 아미노포리올 및 이들의 혼합물로 부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기차단제가 3개 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 가지는 직쇄 또는 분자쇄 라올, 바람직하게는 프로필렌 글리콜, 부틸렌 글리콜, 네오 펜틸글리콜 또는 1,6-헥산디올, 3개 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 가지는 직쇄 또는 분자쇄 지방족 트리올, 바람직하게는 트리메틸올에탄, 트리메틸올프로판, 펜타에틸트리톨 또는 이들의혼합물, 또는 2개 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 가지는 아미노 폴리올, 바람직하게는 아미노에탄올 또는 디에탄올아민, 으로부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  5. 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약 15,000달톤 내지 60,000달톤의 평균분자량을 가지는 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  6. 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 적어도 두개의 적용기를 가지는 상기의 화합물이 에스테르 폴리올, 디올, 트리올 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 적어도 두개의 작용기를 가지는 상기의 화합물이, 3개 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 가지는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 지방족 디올, 바람직하게는 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 부틸렌 글리콜, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 1,6-헥산디올 및 이들의 혼합물, 3개 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 가지는 직쇄 또는 분자쇄 지방족 트리올, 바람직하게는 트리메틸로에탄, 트리메틸로 프로판, 펜타에틸트리톨 및 이들의 혼합물, 또는 4개 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 가지는 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 바람직하게는 3-히드록시2,2-디메틸프로피온산의 3-히드록시-2,2-디메틸프로필 에스테르, 로부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  8. 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트가, 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트, 시클로지방족 폴리이소시아네이트, 지방족 이소시안유레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되거나, 바람직하게는 1,4-테트라메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 1,3-비스-[2-(2-이소시아네이트)프로필]벤젠(TMXPI),메타-크실렌 디이소시아네이트,비스-(이소시아네이토에틸 푸마레이트), 이소포론 디이소시아네이트(IPDI)및 메틸렌비스-(4-시클로헥실 이소시아네이트)로 부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  9. 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체가, 아크릴산, 메트아크릴산, 아크릴산의 C1-C6알킬 에스테르, 메트아크릴산의 C1-C6알킬 에스테르, 아크릴산의 C1-C6히드로알킬 에스테르, 메트아크릴산의 C1-C6히드로알킬 에스테르, 푸말산의 C1-C6알킬 에스테르, 푸말산의 C-C히드록시알킬 에스테르, 스티렌 및 비닐톨투엔으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  10. 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르가 폴리에테르 알코올 또는 폴리에테르아민으로 부터 선택되며, 바람직하게는 약1,200달톤 내지 3,000달톤의 평균 분자량을 가지는 폴리에테르 알코올로 부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  11. 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌계 말단기 폴리우레탄 거대단량체가 약3,000달톤 내지 20,000달톤의 평균분자량을 가지는 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 접합 공중합체가 약5중량% 내지 25중량%의 상기 폴리에테르 알코올을 포함하는 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소아네이트와, 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 적어도 두개의 작용기를 가지는 화합물과, 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 단일 작용기를 가지는 폴리에테르와, 의 반응 생성물인 에틸렌계 말단 폴리우레탄 거대 단량체 약12중량% 내지 25중량%와, 아크릴산의 C1-C6알킬 에스테르, 메트아크릴산의 C1-C6알킬 에스테르, 아크릴산의 C1-C6히드록시알킬 에스테르, 메트아크릴산의 C1-C6히드록시알킬 에스테르, 푸말산의 C1-C6히드록시알킬 에스테르, 푸살산의 C1-C6히드록시알킬 에스테르, 스티렌, 비닐톨투엔, 아크릴산, 및 메트아크릴산으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체와, 의 반응 생성물로 되는 물과 희석 가능한 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체.
  14. 상기의 항들중 어느 한 항에 따른 물과 희석 가능한 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체 약30중량% 내지 약 80중량%를 포함하는 안료페이스트.
  15. 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 물과 희석가능한 폴리우레탄/아크릴 접합 공중합체로 되는 코팅조성물의 하나 이상의 기초피막으로 코팅된 기본체.
