제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 플라스크 비움 및 세척장치의 정면ㆍ부분단면도이고
제 2 도는 제 1 도의 플라스크 비움 및 세척장소의 확대부분단면도이며,
제 3 도는 제 2 도의 플라스크 비움 및 세척장소에 구비되는 이중벽 바늘의 확대 종단면도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 액체를 함유하고 있으며, 최소한 하나이상의 구멍날 수 있는 격막을 포함하는 플라스크를 비우기 위한 장치에 있어서, 구멍날 수 있는 격막을 통하여 플라스크내에 삽입될 수 있으며 중앙통로(73)와 환형통로(68)를 구분하는 2개의 동축벽을 갖는 바늘(44)과, 상기 통로중 다른 통로를 통해 액체를 비우기 위하여 상기 통로중 첫 번째(68)에 의해 가압 가스를 상기 바늘(44)에 주입하기 위한 수단들(66)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 비워진 병을 세척하기 위하여 제1통로(73)을 통해 가압 세척용액을 주입하기 위한 수단들(66)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1통로는 상기 바늘의 동축벽들 사이에 구분되는 원형통로(68)인 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 바늘(44)은 내부관벽(54),외부관벽(64)및 상기 벽들(54)(64)중 최소한 하나에 고정되어 있는 구멍을 뚫는 팁(52)을 가지며, 상기 외부관벽을 상기 구멍을 뚫는 팁으로부터 떨어진 곳에 최소한 하나의 개구(76) 를가지며, 상기 구멍 뚫는 팁은 상기 내부관벽으로 구분되는 중앙통로에 이어지는 최소한 하나의 개구를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수직축으로 회전가능하며, 거꾸로된 병을 수용할 수 있는 최소한 3개의 공동들(28)을 갖는 회전통(26)과 상기 회전통(26)을 회전시켜 각 공동을 로딩 장소에 연속적으로 이동시키는 수단들(40)과 상기 바늘을 상부 대기 위치와 하부 비움위치 사이에 이동시키는 수단들(46)을 갖는 비움스테이션과 방출스테이션을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 여러개의 거꾸로된 병들이 놓여질 수 있는 수직 관지주(16)를 포함하고 있으며, 통 축과 평행인 수직축 주변을 회전할 수 있는 회전바구니(10), 바구니 밑에 놓여지며 상기 병들이 올려지는 고정된 수평판넬(18)및 상기 판넬에 형성되고 상기 판넬밑에 위치하는 통(26)의 로딩 스테이션을 구분하는 개구(24)위에 각관지주를 연속적으로 가져오기 위하여 상기 바구니를 회전시키는 수단들(22)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
