Claims (21)

  1. 초음파 에너지를 이용하여 가요성 필름을 부분적으로 파우치로 성형하는 단계, 그 부분적으로 성형된 파이치를 액체 물질로 충분히 충전하는 단계, 상기 파우치가 충전된 구멍을 제1접촉 압력에서 초음파 호온에 의해 앤빌에 가해진 초음파 에너지를 이용하여 밀봉함으로써 상기 파우치를 폐쇄하는 단계, 및 상기 접촉압력을 증가시켜 필름을 절단하는 단계로 구성되는, 액체 물질을 포함하는 성형 밀봉된 가용성 필름 파우치를 형성하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (a)가요성 필름을 연부가 중첩된 관형태로 성형하는 단계; (b) 상기 필름의 중첩 연부를 초음파 에너지로 관형태로 접촉시켜서 그 관형태의 중첩 연부를 접합함으로써 튜브를 형성하는 단계; (c) 상기 튜브의 하부를 초음파 에너지에 의해 밀봉하여 제1파우치를 형성하는 단계; (d) 상기 제1파우치에 물질을 충전하는 단계; 및 (e) 초음파 에너지에 의해 (Ⅰ) 상기 제1파우치의 상부를 밀봉하여 상기 파우치를 밀봉하고, (Ⅱ)상기 튜브의 또 다른 하부를 밀봉하여 제2파우치를 형성하며, 그 제2파우치로 부터 상기 제1파우치를 절단하는 단계로 구성되는, 상기 성형 밀봉된 가용성 필름 파우치를 형성하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 다이가 상기 필름을 약 1.0㎝ 내지 1.0㎝의 중첩 연부를 갖는 관형으로 성형하는, 상기 성형 밀봉된 가요성 필름 파우치를 형성하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 약 10㎏/㎠ 내지 약 50㎏/㎠의 초음파 호온 및 앤빌의 접촉 압력과, 약 10㎑ 내지 70㎑의 초음파 에너지에서 상기 중첩 연부가 초음파 에너지로 접촉되는, 상기 성형 밀봉된 가요성 필름 파우치를 형성하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부를 밀봉하고 한 튜브를 다른 튜브로 부터 절단하는 상기 단계는, 약 10㎏/㎠ 내지 약 70㎏/㎠의 초음파 호온과 앤빌의 접촉 압력 및 약 10㎑ 내지 50㎑의 초음파 에너지로 상기 튜브를 접촉시킨 다음 상기 초음파 호온과 앤빌사이의 접촉 압력을 약 20㎏/㎠ 내지 약 100㎏/㎠ 까지 증가시켜서 형성된 밀봉선 지역에서 상기 필름을 절단함으로써 이루어지는, 상기 성형 밀봉된 가요성 필름 파우치를 형성하는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 필름은 초음파 에너지에 의해 자체가 접합될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 층을 갖는, 상기 성형 밀봉된 가요성 필름 파우치를 형성하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 필름이 적어도 하나의 폴리에틸렌 층 및 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 층을 갖는, 상기 성형 밀봉된 가요성 필름 파우치를 형성하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 층이, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌 및 폴리부타디엔으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는, 상기 성형 밀봉된 가요성 필름 파우치를 형성하는 방법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 필름이 연속 시이트로 공급되고, 연속 관형상으로 형성되고 밀봉되어 연속 튜브를 형성하는, 상기 성형 밀봉된 가요성 필름 파우치를 형성하는 방법.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부가 밀봉되고 한 파우치가 다른 파우치로 부터 절단될 때 상기 가요성 필름이 정지 위치에 있는, 상기 성형 밀봉된 가요성 필름 파우치를 형성하는 방법.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 상부 밀봉선을 밀봉하여 상부 밀봉선 근처의 주둥이 및 파우치를 형성화는데 있어서, 상기 주둥이 지역의 여분의 필름이 제2단계에서 절단되는 상기 성형 밀봉된 가요성 필름 파우치를 형성하는 방법.
  12. 모두 초음파 에너지를 이용하여 밀봉된 축방 밀봉선, 하부 밀봉선, 상부 밀봉선, 및 주둥이를 갖는 하나이상의 층으로 구성되며 액체 물질을 포함하는 성형 밀봉된 가요성 필름 파우치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 주둥이가 상기 파우치의 상연부에 형성되고 부리의 형태를 갖는, 상기 성형 밀봉된 가요성 필름 파우치.
  14. (a) 가요성 필름을 중첩 종방향 밀봉선을 갖는 튜브 모양으로 성형하는 수단; (b) 제1초음파 호온 및 앤빌조립체; (c) 상기 제1초음파 호온과 앤빌 사이에 상기 가요성 필름의 중첩 종방향 밀봉선을 배치하는 수단; (d) 상기 중첩 밀봉선을 밀봉하여 관형상으로 만들도록 상기 제1초음파 호온 및 앤빌 조립체를 작동시키는 수단; (e) 상기 튜브에 상부 및 하부 밀봉선을 형성하여 파우치를 만들도록 상기 제1초음파 호온 및 앤빌 조립체에 이어서 배치된 제2초음파 호온 및 앤빌 조립체; (f) 상기 상부 및 하부 밀봉선을 밀봉하는 제1압력과, 밀봉된 필름을 절단하여 충전된 파우치를 상기 튜브로 부터 분리하는 제2접촉 압력에서 상기 제2초음파 호온 및 앤빌 조립체를 작동하는 수단; (g) 상기 하부 밀봉선을 형성한 후 상기 상부 밀봉선을 형성하기 전에 상기 파우치를 충부히 충전하는 충전 수단으로 구성되는 파우치 성형 및 충전 장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1초음파 호온과 고정 설비물 사이에 약 10㎏/㎠ 내지 약 70㎏/㎠ 의 접촉 압력을 발생시키는 수단을 포함하는 파우치 성형 및 충전 장치.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제2초음파 호온과 앤빌 조립체가 융기된 절단 표면을 갖는 앤빌을 포함하는 파우치 성형 및 충전 장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 융기된 절단 표면이 약 120° 내지 160°의 기부 외각을 갖는 성형 및 충전장치.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제2고정 설비물은 밀봉후에 필름을 절단하기 적합한 표면을 갖는 파우치 성형 및 충전 장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 밀봉중 상기 제2초음파 호온과 앤빌 사이에 약 10㎏/㎠ 내지 약 70㎏/㎠ 의 압력을 발생시키고 절단 중 약 20㎏/㎠ 내지 약 100㎏/㎠ 의 압력을 발생시키는 수단을 포함하는 파우치 성형 및 충전 장치.
  20. 제1압력과 초음파 에너지를 가할 때 상기 필름을 밀봉하고 더욱 높은 제2압력을 가할 때 상기 필름을 절단하도록 되어 있는 형상을 갖는 접촉 표면을 초음파 호온 또는 앤빌 중 하나에 가지며 열가소성 필름을 밀봉 및 절단하기 위한 초음파 호온 및 앤빌 조립체.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 형상을 갖는 접촉 표면은 기부 외각이 약 120°내지 160°인 삼각형 단면인, 상기 초음파 호온 및 앤빌 조립체.
