1397485 Tetrahedral packages S IZUMI 16 Nov 1973 [16 Nov 1972] 53426/73 Headings B8P and B8C A tetrahedral container for fluid or semifluid materials comprises a web of transparent, flexible film folded into a tube with marginal portions sealed together to form an outwardly extending fin 1, an end of the tube being heat sealed with the adjacent end 1a of the fin 1 flattened against the tube and lying centrally of the end seam 2; after filling the container, the other end of the tube is heat sealed in a direction transversely of the seam 2 so that the end 1b of the fin 1 lies at one end of the seam 3.
