Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación y de llenado de un recipiente principalmente de materia termoplastica del cual una pared de extremo está hecha de un sola pieza con la pared lateral en la formación del mencionado recipiente, procedimiento según el cual se realiza en un molde la pared lateral y una pared de extremo en una sola pieza por moldeo bajo presión termoformado de una materia termoplástica, se llena el recipiente por la abertura del fondo y se obtura a continuación esta abertura del fondo con ayuda de un fondo adicionado, caracterizado porque se deposita en la zona del fondo del molde una hoja o cápsula de cubierta dotada, sobre su superficie opuesta a la zona de abertura del molde, de una capa adhesiva, porque se moldea la materia termoplástica de la pared de extremo del recipiente por encima de la mencionada hora o cápsula de cubierta al mismo tiempo que se realiza la pared lateral de esta; y porque a continuación se realiza, en la pared de extremo en contacto estanco con la parte encolada de la hoja o cápsula de cubierta, por fusión parcial de la materia termoplástica que constituye la mencionada pared de extremo, una hendidura de abertura curva o poligonal al menos parcialmente cerrada sobre si misma antes del llenado y obturación del mencionado recipiente.
