Claims (13)
- 아스코르빈산 및/또는 그의 염, 알칼리성 물질 및 실리카 겔을 함유하는 고급 기호식품 재료용 향미 보유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아스코르빈산이 D-이소-아스코르빈산인 고급 기호식품 재료용 향미 보유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아르코르빈산 및/또는 그의 염이 15~50중량 %로 함유된 고급 기호식품 재료용 향미 보유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알카리성 물질이 15-50중량 %로 함유된 고급 기호식품 재료 향미 보유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 겔이 증기상 공정에 의해 제조된 것인 고급 기호식품 재료용 향미 보유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 겔이 10~30중량 %에 함유된 고급 기호식품 재료용 향미 보유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 촉진제가 아스코르빈산 또는 그의 염 100중량부를 기준으로 2~100중량부 더 함유된 고급 기호식품 재료용 향미 보유제.
- 제7항에 있어서, 반응 촉진제가 철, 구리, 아연, 주석 또는 그의 염 및 활성 탄소로 구성된 군에서 선택된 고급 기호식품 재료용 향미 보유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물이 5~50중량 %로 더 함유된 고급 기호식품 재료용 향미 보유제.
- 고급 기호식품 재료를 필수적으로 아스코르빈산 및/또는 그의 염, 알칼리성 물질 및 실리카 겔로 구성된 향미 보유제와 함께 봉입시킴을 특징으로 하는 고급 기호식품 재료용 향미 보유 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 아스코르빈산이 D-이소-아스코르빈산인 고급 기호식품 재료용 향미 보유 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 향미 보유제가 아스코르빈산 및/또는 그의 염 15~50중량 %, 알칼리성 물질 15~50중량 %및 실리카 겔 10~30중량 %를 함유하는 고급 기호식품 재료용 향미 보유 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 향미 보유제가 아스코르빈산 또는 그의 염 100중량부를 기준으로 2~100중량부의 반응 촉진제를 함유하는 고급 기호식품 재료용 향미 보유 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
