Claims (8)

  1. 다음과 같은 구조식(1)을 가지느 알킬(3-메틸티오)-부티레이트.
    (이식에서 R은 임의 선택적 분지형인 C4-C5알킬기임)
  2. 이소부틸(3-메틸티오)-부티레이트.
  3. 구조식(1)(이식에서 R은 임의선택적 분지형인 C4-C5알킬기임)을 가지는 화합물을 1종 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맛조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 구조식(1)(이식에서 R은 임의선택적 분지형인 C4-C5알킬기임)을 가지는 화합물 1종 이상을 0.1-1000ppm 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맛조성물.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 이소부틸(3-메틸티오)-부티레이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맛조성물.
  6. 구조식(1)(이식에서 R은 임의 선택적 분지형인 C4-C5알킬기임)을 가지는 화합물을 1종이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 향미제품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 이소부틸(3-메틸티오)-부티레이드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 향미제품.
  8. 구조식(1)(이식에서 R은 임의선택적 분지형인 C4-C5알킬기임)을 가지는 1종이상의 화합물, 또는 청구 범위 제3-5항에 따르는 맛 조성물을 식품 및 기호품에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 식품 및 기호품에 신선한 과일맛을 부여하는 방법.
