Claims (1)

  1. 적어도 자기광학소자, 편광자, 분석기 및 기판을 포함하는 광자계센서에 있어서, 합성수지 접착제가 자기광학소자와 편광자간의 공간 및 자기공학소자와 분석기간의 공간에 각각 채위지고, 자기광학소자, 편광자 및 분석기들은 각각 기판에 접착되거나 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 광자계 센서.
