Claims (2)

  1. X축 방향 또는 Y축 방향에 매트릭스형 회로소자를 배치함과 동시에 Y축 방향의 라인을 클럭신호에 관련하여 순차선택하고, X축방향의 라인을 상기 Y축방향의 라인 선택에 관련하여 순차선택하며, 소정의 상기 회로소자에 신호를 공급하도록 한 2차원 어드레스 장치에 있어서, 상기 Y축방향의 라인에 평행하게 신호 라인을 설치하고 이 신호 라인과 상기 회로소 자간에 소정의 용량을 형성함과 동시에 이 신호 라인에 상기 Y축방향의 라인에 공급되는 신호와 역위상의 신호를 공급하여 상기 Y축방향의 라인과 상기 회로소자 사이에서의 기생용량에 의한 크로스토크를 제거하도록 한 2차원 어드레스 장치.
