Claims (9)

  1. 전력출력(MS-PWR)을 계속 조정하여 전력출력이 같은 시간축에서 같은 주파수를 발생하는 불필요한 다른 신호를 방해하지 않도록 충분히 낮게해도 외관상태/낮은신호로 인한 정보의 손실없이 신호전송을 매우 충분히 높게 하는 것에 있어서, 제1시간주기(A1)동안 제1신호세기 평균값(HV-1-SS)을 계산하고 현재시간즉, 즉시 시간점(to) 및 후행시간점을 포함하고; 제1시간주기(A1)를 선행하는 제2시간주기(A2)동안에 제2신호 세기 평균값(MV-2-SS)을 계산하고; -제1시간주기(1)동안 신호전송의 제1특성 평균값(MV-1-QQ) 및 제2시간주기(A2)동안에 제2특성평균값(HV-2-QQ)을 계산하고; -신호세기 평균값(HV-l-SS,HV-2SS)의 도움으로, 전송전력이 현재시간점(to) 에서 전송전력(PREV-MS-PWR) 과 비교해 변하지 않을때 다음시간점(t1)에서 신호레벨의 (Z_SS)을 계산하고; 특성평균값(HV-1-QQ,HV-2-QQ)의 도움으로, 전송전력(MS-PWR)이 현재시간(to)에 전송전력(PREV-MS-PWR)과 비교해 변하지 않을때 다음시간점(t1)에서 신호전송의 특성의 기대값 (Z-QQ)을 계산하고; 전송특성 및 신호레벨의 기대값(Z-SS, Z-QQ)의 도움으로 전송전력(MS-PWR)을 조절 또는 조정하는데 있어서, 다음시간점(t1)에서 전송전력(MS_PWR)은 기대전송특성(Z-QQ)이 바람직한 값보다 양호하지 못할때 증가하고 기대특성(Z-QQ)이 최고허용 특성보다 클때 즉, 신호세기의 기대값(Z-SS)이 최대허용값(SS-MAX)보다 클때 감소하고 전송전력(MS-PWR)이 변하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 이동무선 시스템에서 이동국과 기지국 사이에서 신호전송으로 전송한 무선신호의 전력(MS-PWR)을 조절하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 평균값 계산은 일정시간 간격에서 신호세기(SS) 및 신호특성(QQ)의 측정값을 샘플링 하므로서 수행하는 것에 있어서, 시간주기(A1)는 제1수(SS-A1) 샘플을 포함하고 제2시간주기(A2)는 다른수(SS-A2) 샘플을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 이동무선 시스템에서 이동국과 기지국 사이에서 신호전송으로 전송한 무선신호의 전력(MS-PWR)을 조절하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 신호레벨 및 신호특성의 후행 시간주기(A1)동안에 얻어진 샘플(SS-A1)의 제1수는샘플(SS-A2)의 다른 수보다 적은것에 있어서, 후행샘플이 선행샘플보다 무거운 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 이동무선 시스템에서 이동국과 기지국 사이에서 신호전송으로 전송한 무선신호의 전력(MS-PWR)을 조절하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 신호레벨의 기대값(Z-SS)을 계산할때 제2세기평균값(MV-2-SS)은 환경신호요인(SS-K)이 곱해진 제1신호세기 평균값(MV-1-SS)과 제2신호세기 평균값(MV-2-SS)의 차이가 더해지고 신호전송 특성의 기대값(Z-QQ)을 계산할때 환경특성요인(QQ-K)이 곱해진 제1특성평균값(MV-1-QQ)과 제2특성평균값(M-2-QQ)의 차이가 더해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 이동무선 시스템에서 이동국과 기지국사이에서 신호전송으로 전송한 무선신호의 전력 (MC-PWR)을 조절하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 기대특성값(Z-QQ) 이 최저허용값(Z-QQ)보다 낮을때, 다음시간점(t1)에 전송한 전력을 증가시키고 기대값(Z-QQ)보다 크지만 바람직한 값보다 낮을때 전송전력(MS-PWR)을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 이동무선 시스템에서 이동국과 기지국 사이에서 신호전송으로 전송한 무선신호의 전력(MS-RWR)을 조절하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 기지국 또는 이동국 둘 중 하나에서 신호를 전송할때 비트에러내용물/비트주파수를 추정하고 추정된 비트에러 내용물을 신호전송 특성의 측정으로 활용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 이동무선 시스템에서 이동국과 기지국 사이에서 신호전송으로 전송한 무선신호의 전력(MS-PWR)을 조절하는 방법.
  7. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 이동국의 전송전력을 조절하는 것을 특징으로하는 디지탈 이동무선 시스템에서 이동국과 기지국 사이에서 신호전송으로 전송한 무선신호의 전력(MS-PWR)을 조절하는 방법.
  8. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5도 또는 제6항에 있어서, 기지국의 전송된 전력을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 시스템에서 이동국과 기지국 사이에서 신호전송으로 전송한 무선신호의 전력(MS-PWR)을 조절하는 방법.
  9. 제1이동국에서 전송한 무선신호의 전력(MS-PWR)을 계속해서 조절하여 상기 전력을 가능한 낮게 하여 같은 주파수상의 무선신호를 전송하는 다른 이동국이 포함하는 불필요한 무선통신을 방해하지 뭇하게 하고 과다 정보의 손실로 인한 정보를 방해하지 않고 제1기지국과 이동국 사이에서 무선통신을 충분히 할 수 있는 것에 있어서, -제1시간주기(A1)동안 제1신호세기 평균값(HV-1-SS)을 계산하고 현재시간 즉, 즉시 시간점(to) 및 후행시간점을 포함하고; 제1시간주기(A1)를 선행하는 제2시간주기(A2)동안에 제2신호세기 평균값을 계산하고; 제1시간주기(A1)동안 신호전송의 제1특성 평균값(MV-1-QQ) 및 제2시간주기(A2)동안에 제2특성평균값(HV-2-QQ)을 계산하고; -신호세기 평균값(HV-1-SS,HV-2SS)의 도움으로, 전송전력(MS-PWR)이 현재시간점(to)에서 전송한 전력과 비교하여 변하지 않을때, 다음시간점(t1)에서 신호레벨의(Z-SS)을 계산하고; 특성평균값(HV-1-QQ,HV-2-QQ)의 도움으로, 전송전력이 현재시간(to)에서 전송전력(PREV-MS-PWR)과 비교해 변하지 않을때 다음시간점(t₁)에서 신호전송(PREV-MS-PWR)의 기대 특성의 기대값(Z-QQ)를 계산하고; 전송특성 및 신호레벨의 기대값(Z-SS-,Z-QQ)의 도움으로 전송전력(MS-PWR)을 계산하는데 있어서, 다음시간점(t1) 에서 전송한 전송전력(MS-PWR)은 기대전송특성이 바람직한 특성보다 양호하지 못할때 증가하고 기대특성(Z-QQ)이 최대허용특성보다 클때 즉, 신호세기의 기대값(Z-SS)이 최대허용값(SS-MAX)보다 클때 감소하고 상기 전용 전력(MS-PWR)이 변하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1이동국과 제어하는 제1기지국(B1) 사이에서 무선통신중 제1이동국에서 전송한 무선신호의 전력(MS-PWR)을 디지탈무선 시스템에서 조절하는 방법.
