Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 R1이 수소원자인 경우에는 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염.〔식중, L 및 M은, L과 M중 최소 하나가 수소원자가 아니고 5각형 고리가 1 또는 2개의 이중결합을 가진다면, 수소원자, 히드록시, 저급알킬, 히드록시(저급)알킬 또는 옥소이고, X1및 X2는 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 저급알킬이고, Y는 -CH2-CH2-, -CH=CH-, -C≡C-또는 -CO-CH2-이며 Z는 -CH2-CH2-CH2-, -CH=CH-CH2또는 -CH2-CH=CH이고 R1은 수소원자, 저급알킬, 저급시클로 알킬, 모노시클릭아릴, 모노시클릭아릴(저급)알킬 또는 모노시클릭아로일(저급)알킬이며, R2는 단일결합 또는 저급알킬렌이고, R3는 비치환 또는 할로겐으로 치환된 저급알킬로 치환된 저급시클로알킬, 비치환 또는 할로겐또는 할로(저급)알킬로 치환된 모노시클릭아릴, 또는 할로겐 또는 할로(저급)알킬로 치환된 모노시클릭아릴옥시이다〕.
- 제1항에 있어서, X1이 불소원자인 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, X2이 불소원자인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Y가 -CH=CH 인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Z가 -CH2-CH2-CH2-인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2는 단일결합이고, R3는 저급알킬인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, L 및 M은 수소원자, 히드록시또는 옥소이고, 5-각형고리는 하나의 이중결합을 가질 수 있고, X1및 X2는 수소원자, 불소원자 또는 메틸이고, Y는 -CH2-CH2-, -CH=CH-, -C≡C- 또는 -CO-CH2-이며, Z는 -CH2-CH2-CH2- 또는 -CH=CH-CH2이고, R1은 수소원자, 메틸, 에틸, 이소프로필, 벤질, 또는 펜아실이며, R2-R3는 부틸 또는 헥실인 화합물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
