Claims (1)
- 식 [Ⅰ], [Ⅱ], [Ⅲ], [A], [B], [C] 또는 [D]로 나타내는 금속 화합물을 필수성분으로 하여 이루어지는 표면처리제상기식에서, M은 티타늄, 실리콘, 알루미늄과 지르코늄으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택한 금속 원자를 나타내고, A는 수소원자, -X-Rf 또는를 나타내고, X는 R'가 1 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬렌기를 나타내고, R"가 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬기를 나타내는와로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택한 라디칼을 나타내고, Rf는 4 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 가진 퍼플루오로알킬기를 나타내고, R은 1 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬기와 2 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 가진 알콕시 치환된 알킬기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택한 라디칼을 나타내고, m과 n은 1 n M인 조건하에서 m과 n의 합이 금속 M의 원자가에 해당하는 정수를 나타내고, P는 1 또는 2인 정수이고, c와 e는 축합정도에 따라 10,000보다 크지 않은 분자량을 제공하도록 선택되고, g는 0 내지 m+n-2인 정수이고, q+r=m+n-2이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
