Claims (3)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 옥심을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐 할라이드와 경우에 따라서 용매 및 산-결합제의 존재하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 1-아조릴-치환된 옥심 에테르의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R은 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 알케닐, 사이클로알킬, 아르알킬, 페녹시알킬 또는 페닐을 나타내고 전술한 마지막 세개의 라디칼은 발향족 부위에서 치환될 수 있으며; R1은 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 임의로 치환된 아르알킬 또는 헤테로아르알킬을 나타내고; X는 질소 또는 CH그룹을 나타내며; HaL은 염소 또는 브롬을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R은 C1-C12의 직쇄 또는 분지된 알킬, 각 알킬부위가 C1-C4인 알콕시알킬, 각 경우에 있어서 C2-C5인 알키닐 또는 알케닐, 환에서 C6까지를 갖는 사이클로알킬, 알킬부위가 C1-C4이고 및 아릴부위가 C6-C10인 아르알킬(여기에서 아릴부위는 할로겐, 또는 각 경우에 있어서 C4까지를 갖는 알킬 및/또는 알콕시그룹으로 임의 치환될 수 있다), 직쇄 또는 분지된 알킬부위가 C3까지를 갖는 페녹시알킬 또는 페닐을 나타내고, 여기에서 전술한 마지막 두개의 라디칼이 할로겐 또는 각 경우에 있어서 C1-C4의 알킬 및/또는 알콕시 그룹에 의해서 페닐상에 치환될 수 있으며; R1은 C1-C6의 알킬, 각 경우에 있어서 C3-C5인 알키닐 또는 알케닐, 알킬 부위가 C1-C3이고 아릴부위가 C6-C10인 아르알킬(여기에서 아릴부위는 할로겐 또는 각 경우에 있어서 C4까지를 갖는 알콕시 및/또는 알킬에 의해서 치환될 수 있다) 또는 R1은 알킬 부위가 C1-C2이고 헤테로아릴 부위가 질소원자 1 내지 3개 및 적절하게는 1개의 산소 원자를 갖는 5원 방향족 헤테로환을 갖는 헤테로아르알킬을 나타내고, X는 제1항에서 기술한 바와 같은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R은 3급-부틸, 각 알킬부위가 C1-C3인 알콕시알킬, 또는 알킬부위가 C3까지를 갖는 페녹시알킬을 나타내고, 여기에서 페닐 부위는 불소, 염소, 브롬, 메틸 및/또는 메톡시에 의해서 단일-, 이-또는 삼치환될 수 있으며; R1은 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 부틸, 알릴, 프로파길 또는 벤질을 나타내고, 여기에서 페닐 부위는 할로겐, 메틸 및 메톡시에 의해서 단일-, 이-, 삼-치환될 수 있으며, 또는 R1은 트리아졸메틸 또는 이미다조릴메틸을 나타내고; X는 제1항에 기술한 바와 같은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
