제1도는 광섬유가 그 측벽에 밀봉 시일되어있는 광전자 패키지의 개략 단면도, 제2도는 본발명의 일실시예에 따라 금속화된 광섬유의 개략 단면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 유리 제품의 일부분을 혼합액으로 처리하므로써 상기 부분을 조직화 마무리 또는 광택제거 마무리 가공하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 혼합액은, 단독으로는 유리 제품을 별로 부식시키지 않는 처리제와 불소를 기초로 하는 부식제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부식제는 완충된 불화수소산을 포함하고, 상기 처리제는 아세트산, 인산, 염화수소산 및 포롬산으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 산인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 마무리 가공이 이루어진 실리카 피복된 광섬유이고, 상기 처리제는 아세트산, 염화수소산 및 황산으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 보로실리케이트 유리를 포함하고, 상기 처리제는 아세트산, 인산 및 포롬산으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 소듐 석회 유리를 포함하고 상기 처리제는 아세트산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 약 25체적 퍼센트의 3 : 1 BOE와 75체적 퍼센트의 처리제로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 조직화 마무리 또는 광택제거 마무리 가공된 부분에 금속층을 침착시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 금속층은 전기 도금에 의해 전착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 그외측의 일부분이 조직화 마무리 또는 광택제거 마무리 가공된 실리카 광섬유.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 부분에 배치되는 금속층을 구비하는 것을 특징을 하는 광섬유.
  11. 광전자 장치와, 상기 장치와 광학적으로 연통 배치되는 제10항에 따른 광섬유를 구비하며, 상기 광섬유는 상기 패키지내의 개구를 통해 연장하고, 금속층이 상기 개구내에서 패키지로 밀봉 시일되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 패키지.
