제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예인 표시장치의 전극구조를 도시하는 모식도, 제2도는 음극기판의 단면도, 제3도는 동 실시예에 있어서 풀걸러표시하여 경우의 양극 전극의 구조도.

Claims (5)

  1. 전면판으로서의 양극기판 및 배면판으로서의 음극기판으로 이루어지며 그 내부를 고 진공상태로 한 상자형의 외포장기(外包漿器)와 상기 음극기판상에 형성되어 1화소당 2개의 트랜지스터 및 캐패시터에 의해 구성되는 박막 트랜지스터부와, 절연층으로 형성되고, 상기 박막 트랜지스터부상에 형성되는 패시베이션층과, 상기 박막 트랜지스터부상에 형성되고, 1화소분으로서 다수개의 에미터군으로 구성되며, 상기 트랜지스터와 접속되어 전계 방출에 의해 전자를 방출하는 필트에미션 음극부와 상기 에미터군에 대응하는 홀을 가지며, 이 에미터군에 접근하여 배열 설치되어 있는 게이트 전극과, 상기 양극기판상에 형성되어 적어도 1개의 양 전극을 가지며, 상기 음극기판과 진공분위기를 통하여 대면 하는 형광체층의 피착된 표시기판부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광체층을 스트라이프 형상으로 피착한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광체층을 도트형상으로 피착한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표시기판부를 3분할하고 각각에 적(R),녹(G),청(B) 형광체를 도포하는 구조로한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극기판상에 소스 및 드레인 전국을 형성하고, 이들 전극을 브리지 연결하도록 풀리 Si의 반도체층을 피착하고, 그위에 SiO2등의 게이트 절연막을 적층하여 게이트를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
