제1도는 액정 공간광변조소자의 구동부의 구성도, 제2도는 액정공간광변조소자를 구성하는 회소의 내부단면도, 제6도는 본 발명의 계산기홀로그램의 작성방법의 제1실시예에 있어서의 홀로그램의 구성도.

Claims (2)

  1. 액정공간광변조소자의 회소의 투과율 및 혹은 반사율에 의해서 그 진폭성분을, 입사광을 투과 혹은 반사하는 상기 회소의 위치에 의해서 그 위상성분을 각각 표현하는 계산기홀로그램의 상기 진폭성분의 값에 따라서 변화하는 상기 회소의 투과 혹은 반사광의 위상변형의 보정을 상기 위상성분을 표시하는 회소의 위치를 변화시키므로서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계산기홀로그램의 작성방법.
  2. 액정공간광변조소자의 회소의 투과율 및 혹은 반사율에 의해서 그 진폭성분을, 입사광을 투과 혹은 반사하는 상기 회소의 위치에 의해서 그 위상성분을 각각 표현하는 계산기홀로그램의 상기 진폭성분의 값에 따라서 변화하는 상기 회소의 투과 혹은 반사광의 위상변형의 보정을 상기 위상성분을 표시하는 회소의 위치를 일정하게 해서 그 투과율 혹은 반사율을 변화시키므로써 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계산기홀로그램의 작성방법.
