Claims (2)
- 액정공간광변조소자의 회소의 투과율 및 혹은 반사율에 의해서 그 진폭성분을, 입사광을 투과 혹은 반사하는 상기 회소의 위치에 의해서 그 위상성분을 각각 표현하는 계산기홀로그램의 상기 진폭성분의 값에 따라서 변화하는 상기 회소의 투과 혹은 반사광의 위상변형의 보정을 상기 위상성분을 표시하는 회소의 위치를 변화시키므로서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계산기홀로그램의 작성방법.
- 액정공간광변조소자의 회소의 투과율 및 혹은 반사율에 의해서 그 진폭성분을, 입사광을 투과 혹은 반사하는 상기 회소의 위치에 의해서 그 위상성분을 각각 표현하는 계산기홀로그램의 상기 진폭성분의 값에 따라서 변화하는 상기 회소의 투과 혹은 반사광의 위상변형의 보정을 상기 위상성분을 표시하는 회소의 위치를 일정하게 해서 그 투과율 혹은 반사율을 변화시키므로써 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계산기홀로그램의 작성방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
