제1도는 본 발명에 의한 펄스출력형 열선식 공기유량계의 원리구성도, 제11도는 정온도제어회로 및 지로/스판회로 및, 기준전압회로의 한예를 표시하는 회로도, 제12도는 전압제어발진기의 한예를 표시하는 회로도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 유량검출용의 열선소자와 온도검출용의 냉선소자를 사용하고 제어용의 전자회로로서, 적어도 정온도제어회로와, 지로/스판회로 및 전압-주파수 변환회로를 구비하고, 유량검출신호를 펄스밀도 신호로서 직접 출력하는 방식의 펄스출력형 열선식 공기유량계에 있어서, 상기 정온도제어회로와, 지로/스판회로 및 전압-주파수 변환 회로를 동일한 반도체칩에 집적회로화하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스출력형 열선식 공기유량계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정온도제어회로에 포함된 상기 열선소자가열 전류제어용의 파워트랜지스터를, 상기 반도체칩과는 독립적으로 바깥에 붙여서 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스출력 열선식 공기유량계.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 회로에 포함되어 있는 저항소자의 일부가 상기 반도체칩과는 독립적으로 바깥에 붙혀서 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스출력형 열선식 공기유량계.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도칩과는 독립적으로 바깥에 붙혀서 배치되어 있는 저항소자는, 하이브릿드 회로기판상에 탑제되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스출력형 열선식 공기유량계.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자회로가 서지보호회로를 포함하고, 이 서지보호회로를 포함하여 상기 동일한 반도체칩에 집적회로화하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스출력형 열선식 공기유량계.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 서지보호회로가 서이리스터로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스출력형 열선식 공기유량계.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자회로가 펄스신호출력에 대한 파형 연장회로를 포함하고, 이 파형 연장회로를 포함하여 상기 동일한 반도체칩에 집적회로 화하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스출력형 열선식 공기유량계.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자회로나 유량에 대한 펄스출력형 정밀도를 향상시키는 온도 보상회로를 포함하고, 이 온도보상회로를 포함하여 상기 동일한 반도체칩에 집적회로화하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스출력형 열선식 공기유량계.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체칩상에서의 칩적회로의 배치가, 상기 정온도제어회로로 대표되는 아날로그회로부와, 상기 전압-주파수변환회로로 대표되는 디지탈회로부와로 위치적으로 분리되고, 이것들 아날로그 회로부와 디지탈회로부와의 사이에 상기 정온도제어회로에 포함된 상기 열선소자가 열전류제어용의 파워 트랜지스터를 배치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스출력형 열선식 공기 유량계.
