Claims (1)
- 유로중에 놓인 감온저항체와, 이 감온저항체와 직렬로 접속되며, 이 감온저항체의 전류를 검출하는 저항체에 생기는 전압에 의해, 상기 감온저항체에 공급하는 전력을 제어하는 구동회로로 이루어지는 열선식 유속 검출장치에 있어서, 상기 저항체에 생기는 전압에 의해 제어되며, 상기 저항체에 보정전류를 인가하는 전기회로를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 열선식 유속 검출장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
