Claims (2)

  1. 감온소자 및 이 감온소자를 흐르는 전류는 증폭하는 증폭기로 이루어진 센서부와, 이 증폭기로부터의 신호 디지탈신호로 변환하는 A/D 변환기 및 디지탈 연산부로 이루어진 신호처리부와, 전원과 이 전원에서 상기 감온소자 및 상기 증폭기에 전류를 공급하는 신호선과, 상기 감온소자에서 상기 전원에 전류를 되돌리는 복귀선과, 상기 증폭기의 접지전위선을 가지며, 이 접지전위선을 상기 신호처리부내에서 접지한 것을 특징으로 하는 열식유량계.
