Claims (2)

  1. 솥의 온도를 감지하도록 설치한 온도센서와, 이 온도센서에 의한 감지온도에 따른 온도치신호를 차례로 출력하는 온도측정부와, 상기 온도치 신호에 따라 상기 솥가열용의 히이터를 단전해서 취반동작을 종료시키는 제어회로를 구비하고, 상기 제어회로는 취반동작 종료후에 실행하는 쌀의 알파화 촉진을 위한 동작의 계속시간 등의 조건을 이 취반동작 종료후에 있어서의 상기 온도치 신호의 피이크치에 따라서 설정하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 취반기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제어회로는 취반동작 종료시의 온도치 신호와 취반동작 종료후에 있어서의 온도치신호의 피이크치와의 차에 따라서 취사동작의 종료후에 실행하는 쌀의 알파화 촉진을 위한 동작의 조건을 설정하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 취반기.
