Claims (22)

  1. a)분자당 평균적으로 한개 이상의 1,2-에폭시기를 함유하는 한개 이상의 에폭시수지, b)에폭시 수지 a)용의 무수물 경화제, c)강화제, 및 d)에폭시 수지 a)와 반응할 수 있는 활성 수소원자 2개를 함유하는 화합물을 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 부가적으로 충전재를 함유하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 a)가 비스페놀, A, 비스페놀 F 또는 시클로올레핀을 기재로 하는 수지인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 a)가 평균적으로 분자당 2개의 1,2-에폭시기를 함유하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 a)가 저점도의 액체인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 무수물 경화제 b)가 선형의 지방족 중합체 무수물 또는 고리형 카르복시산 무수물인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 무수물 경화제 b)가 고리형 카르복시산 무수물인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 무수물 경화제 b)용 촉진제를 부가적으로 함유하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 강화제가 코어/쉘 중합체인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 중합체의 쉘 부분이 에폭시기와 반응하는 기를 전혀 함유하지 않는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 강화제 c)의 양이 에폭시 수지 a)에 대해 40중량% 이하인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 코어/쉘 중합체 입자의 크기가 0.05 내지 30㎛인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 코어/쉘 중합체가 폴리부타디엔을 함유하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물 d)가 비페놀, 히드록시카르복시산, 디카르복시산, 디 2차 아민 또는 1차 아민인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 화합물 d)가 2개의 페놀성 OH기를 함유하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 화합물 d)가 비스페놀 A인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물 d)의 양이 에폭시 수지 a)에 대해 50중량% 이하인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  18. 제2항에 있어서, 충전재가 무기질 또는 섬유상 충전재인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 충전재가 석영 분말, 용융 실리카, 산화알루미늄 또는 백운석인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  20. 제1항에 따른 에폭시 수지 조성물을 표준 방식으로 경화시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 경화된 제품.
  21. 제1항에 따른 화합물 d)와 강화제의 조합체를 충전되거나 또는 충전되지 않은 에폭시 수지/무수물 경화제계에 첨가하는, 에폭시 수지의 인성을 개선시키는 방법.
  22. 제1항에 따른 에폭시 수지 조성물의, 주조 수지, 적층 수지, 성형 화합물, 피복 화합물 또는 전기 또는 전자 부품의 캡슐화 계로서의 용도.
